This was the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a beautiful bedroom set on Saturday (5/27/23) from the Madison Street location. It was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday (6/1/23) between 10a -2pm. I planned ahead and took off work for the delivery. I called the store at 2:30pm as I had not received a phone call or text about the delivery. I was informed that they were running behind because they had to build a headboard at another house. That was fine, but some notice would have been nice. They finally arrive at 3:10pm. After unloading the furniture they realized that they didn't have any screws to put the bed together. They left at 3:30p.m. and said they would be right back. It's now after 5pm no call, no text so I called the store AGAIN at 5:30pm and was informed that the delivery guys had left for the day!! They left my room a mess \\u0026 I had no bed to sleep on. I was not provided with a new time or date for the bed to be assembled. This was absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I have never had such a bad experience with a store before. I am highly disappointed at the lack of professionalism \\u0026 terrible communication.\\nI will never shop there again for anything nor would I recommend Babcock Furniture.

Bought warranty on recliner and it messed up right near the end. Went to store and a lot of details but Matt took care of our issue.

Bought a bed from them, and it’s two years old very beautiful trundle bed! It broke sad to say, and they said since no warranty was purchased, they can’t help me! Well I am disappointed will be having my uncle fix it! Only thing my uncle said is they are using cheap material to make their furniture so be aware before you buy!!!

In early March 2022 we bought a bedroom set at Babcock Furniture, 700 Riverside Drive in Clarksville Tennessee. Estimated delivery on the paperwork was 2 May, a Monday. I called the week before and was informed there only deliver on Thursday and Friday. They rescheduled my delivery for Thursday 5 May and said I'd get a text the night before delivery. I never got the text but we still waited on the delivery day. I called to confirm delivery and was informed that they were not delivering because the bed was still on backorder and the system showed a new estimated delivery date which would be on 9 June 2020. The point is that after 2 months of waiting they didn't informed us of unavailability, rescheduled deliver a week out, then let us sit waiting on them and failed to let us know they were not comming. Of course they had no problem taking our almost $5,000.00 for the bedroom set. Unbelievable customer care.

They have the worst customer service I've ever worked with. I tried reaching the corporate office as well, but they did not answer or return calls. Our order was delayed time and time again. Please shop anywhere else.

Customer service is horrible, I should have looked at yelp before buying anything from badcock, consistently tell untruths about my furniture, sorry I will not shop there again, maybe American or Ashley furniture, been waiting on my furniture for 2 months now

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY DATES THEY GIVE! They tell you what you want to hear to shut you up !!!!!!!!! I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered my furniture, mattress, adjustable bed frame and mattress protector almost 2 months ago. I was told that the latest it would be here would be today may 8th. I called last week to make sure it would all be here before my surgery ( which I planned around my delivery so I could be comfortable) I got a call from there delivery yesterday informing me all they had was my mattress and when I asked them to talk to the store to figure it out he hung up in my face. I was told there was nothing they can do and that they will do there best to get the mattress frame to me before the 13th. Terrible customer service ( besides the sweet man David that talk to me and tried his best to help me)

Bought a bed from the the one on Riverside for my disabled son. Set up a date to get delivered to my son's house. They never showed up and I had to call them to find out what was going on. They set up a new date for delivery. It was about 10 days later. My son had to sleep on the floor on a matress for 10 days while waiting. Not sure if I will buy from them again. If they set up a date and can't deliver they should call you and let you know. The customer shouldn't have to call about the status of the delivery. I had to call them on my lunch break at my job. Very upsetting.

Had to come in to the store to fill out insurance paperwork after a house fire. Even though we were from out of town, Laura was a rockstar and made an already difficult situation a little easier to bare. Thank you to Laura and staff for helping us on the road to recovery! You are all awesome.
