I had a wonderful experience with this Vet. The entire staff took great care of my baby boy Deebo, and was very communicative. He had a quick surgery to repair his nail and it healed beautifully. He did not show signs of pain and you could tell he trusted everyone involved.

Love the staff at this location! They’re always so kind and informative. They’re great about squeezing my dogs in if there’s an issue or they need to be seen quickly.

The service here is inconsistent. Some people are lovely and respectful, while others are short, condescending, and passive aggressive. As a first-time pet owner, I have often felt judged for asking questions. Some staff are absolutely lovely. And others are quite rude. We're on the wellness plan, but after all the vaccinations are done, I might look for another place that's more consistently professional and courteous.

Older woman at front desk absolutely from hell. It's ok that you're not in the location that's listed. It's ok that your hours aren't correct online and you're aware. It's ok that you don't take walk-ins of any kind specifically emergency and surgical... BUT IT NOT OK TO BE A CONDESCENDING WITCH WITH NO BESIDE MANNER WORKING IN A HOSPITAL IS ANY TYPE.

They are the best. No matter how busy, they have either scheduled my dogs in or provide me with tips and time range to monitor my pets when they are acting out of sorts putting me at ease until they can schedule an appointment. These folks are patient with upset or nervous pet owners. They handle the pets with respect and care. At times, they are just too busy trying to take on more than a full load for Clarksville's pets.

Went here thinking the staff would be better than Nashville, they were not. Was given incorrect information, I was told I could come get my dogs flea/tick/heart medication, then I was told I needed to bring my dog in for a new test because it's been 2 months.I Get there and nobody knows why they made me come in for a new test when it's "only been 2 months" and that they cannot fix Nashville location not sending me the medication previously. Drove 90~ miles twice for no reason and have received 0 call backs from Banfield regarding them charging me for medication I have not received. Cancelled both of my animals wellness plans because service in the area is nowhere near what I've had at other locations.

Absolutely inadequate. They have cancelled my dogs spay 3 times on me. I understand things happen. But this is beyond the norm. Hubby and I purchased the Wellness Plan. Had a fraudulent issue on our bank acct. So hubby and I also told bank to stop their draft for plan due to acct issues at bank. I proceeded to call the toll free # to cancel my plan based on their poor service. The rep David advised the location would need to authorize the cancelation. He proceeded to tell me the amt I would owe for services rendered would be $963. I contacted Gwen at the Clarksville stand alone office. Her lack of customer service is PATHETIC. She told me what services were rendered to Nash. I told her that I adamantly expressed just vaccines (except Lepto and Bordetello), and wellness examine. She stated a couple other things that were not mentioned to me. I felt when I signed the documents that it would be what I requested. She's refusing to acknowledge that the employees have a responsibility to disclose full services, etc. I have NEVER FELTED SO FINANCIALLY SCREWED until Banfield did this to me. I have worked previously at an Animal Hospital and NEVER seen a wellness procedure with vaccines cost so much. People think what you want but STEER CLEAR...THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER FINANCIALLY.
