Seriously, this had the best service. I never go in banks, so I was so surprised by the amazing service I was given. I was waiting 5 minutes for my appointment and already bank members were checking on me. I only had to wait a total of 15 minutes and I was stopped by almost everyone with an apology for the wait. I was baffled. They were so kind and helpful. I only needed a name change, but ended up getting help on several more things. The two Melissa's and Jay were the best.

I haven’t received my card for months my digital card stopped working and I have to go in person just to pull money off I can’t use the card at any atm or anything when I came in at 4:45 the workers was walking out telling me there closed when they actually close at 5 I work for 8 to whenever I get off I’ve been trying to get my check for days now but they are so unprofessional I will never recommend this bank to any one

Bad experiences opening a checking account. Have already expressed to BOA in their customer survey. Wish I had read the reviews prior to entering this bank! Will likely close account.

Have always received great service. They are just like a lot of other businesses in this town not enough people willing to work or applying for jobs not their fault that they are short on employees so instead of sitting around complaining why don’t you just go down and apply for work then maybe you could help solve your problem on your own. I appreciate all the employees at this branch that always do a great job.

It is time for Clarksville to get another Bank of America! Every time I come here one or all of the ATMs are broken. The lines are way too long. It is absolutely ridiculous.

This location needs to be inspected by the health department immediately. There's a major mold problem that has lasted years and is only getting worse. Since they closed the drive-thru teller lanes, many years ago, I've had to come inside to handle my business and every time I leave this building I start wheezing and it lasts for days. I seriously feel bad for all of the great employees that have to breathe that all day.

There is always something non functioning about this place. Is the drive through open? Who knows depends how they feel. Dedicated lines for business and everything else? Nah doesn't matter. We'll skip people. Only two tellers, tops. Even though BoA closed down half the other branches, forcing double the amount of volume to this location. Atms almost never accept perfectly fine bills. The people that work here are generally great but bank of America as a whole is a terrible company

terrible bank! they will close your account without warning and without telling you. it’s so hard to call and get ahold of anyone at the bank or customer service! this bank is a joke.

Had a wonderful experience. Called the facility and spoke with a nice gentleman about what I needed. He scheduled me an appointment for the same day, later that evening. When I entered, the staff was very busy, but everyone was nice and apologized for the wait. Shirlene was amazing and walked me through each step of the process needed to reach my goal. Thank you!

Jenny at this location is absolutely a godsend & asset to your branch! I had fraud on my account & the customer service & fraud department did absolutely NOTHING! Literally, customer service brushed me off! Gave me Fraud to call & he was the worst!!! No help!!! All info he gave me was incorrect!!! He didn't order me a card, digital card replacement info was invalid! I'm only still a customer because of Jenny!!!

Poor customer service. Called to make an appointment for a notary and was told my appointment was at 12pm. I get there and was told there is no appointment for me. Instead of Sarah who I believe is the manager assisting. She said the notary will be back from lunch in about 15 mins to help you. I’m sure banks have more than 1 notary.
