Dude screwed me over, I came in for the iPhone 15 deal. He supposedly held one for me. When I came back he activated an iPhone 13, I even talked to him while activating about the change to USB C and the improved cameras on the iPhone 15 making me switch. At the end all he did was credit my account for 35 bucks and I'm stuck with a phone I didn't want until I can switch. He didn't even mention it or act like anything was up until I saw it didn't have the dynamic island..I'm a little annoyed and will definitely never come back. I have three teenagers that need upgraded as well and they will be getting theirs else where.

I'm not happy with how boost is always offering new customers a deal on a phone or plan but never offers existing costumers the smallest thing. I have been with boost on and off for over 5 years and besides the free phone I got st first I can't even get a upgrade. Two months ago I busted my whole screen when I dropped it in the parking lot so I went straight to the boost mobile store and they said all I could do was pay full price for a new phone. So like I do Everytime something happens I buy a phone at Walmart.. I'm on a fixed income and I don't have a lot of money to spend on a phone. And I am very bad about damaging it
I need a company who rewards their current customers instead of worrying so much about reeling other customers in. So I am looking for a change for the new year and I am weighing my options. Because once again my screen is busted 😭

I’ve called this store during open hours no answer , call the next day and the lady on the phone was pretty rude , no customer service skills at all , seemed like she isn’t happy working there at all and definitely should not be answering phones . One time going into the store the lady at the counter was very rude aswell and didn’t really care to help at all

DON’T GO TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
Yesterday, I visited this store to transfer my AT&T line to your service. I agreed to the initial payment using my debit card to cover the monthly plan and line activation costs. However, after a lengthy process, AT&T denied the transfer because the line is not in my name but in my boyfriend’s, and I am not authorized to make this transfer.
the store has refused to refund my money even though the transfer was not completed.
My main question is why I was charged the full amount before confirming the feasibility of the transfer. The store claims that the charge covers the monthly plan and activation, but since the line transfer did not go through, I believe this charge should not have been applied.

I’m am so happy I came into Boost the kind young lady I believe her name is Elizabeth. She was so helpful from the start of choosing a phone that’s right for me and to the plan. Setting up everything. This world needs more people like Elizabeth.

I had the best experience opening my new line with a rep named Stacy. She was very educated on the phn and service Boost provides. I was skeptical moving from Verizon but the amount of money I saved and knowing the service I will be getting made it worth my while. Def 10 out of 10 ask for Stacy though because I cant speak for anyone else there!

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! The absolute worst phone experience I have ever had! The staff is litteraly a joke. They are just selling false advertisements. They have no idea what they are doing or talking about. Beware of this place they will take your money and sell you the wrong device on purpose and deny you any refund or exchange.
