I've been to boot barn twice in the last 6 months. They had a pair of boots I really wanted. My first visit the lady that I met was extremely short as though I was taking up her time. I left and went elsewhere. The other day I returned thinking she had had a bad day. Lucky me she comes up. Same attitude. No help at all. She is just a rude person and after calling the store I was brushed off. Again I went elsewhere and received excellent service.

I was there yesterday and kinda felt violated felt watched whole time not very many of my race shop there I'm guessing but someone after awhile when I was bout done ask if needed help then get to checkout why was my card kept declining I say hey this not right something wrong with your system this my debit so after serval attempts it went through as if make it seem like bit was me I say try another register but she just looked as well it's declined very devastating I didn't give in ..

The staff were very helpful, but the selection is geared to clothes for little guys. Size 13-14 boots gets slim. Shirts are sized down a bit.

Attempted to shop in the store and was completely ignored by the staff from the time we entered to the time we left. Not a single greeting from the 5 staff on duty. A young man working even walked away and pretended to fix shirts rather than speak. A young lady walked by me to ask a couple of they were ok and needed anything. I would NOT recommend this store as the customer service is horrible. I will not return.

Great customer service but you really need to get some younger kids clothes in there.
Was visiting from out of town for my grandson's bday and had to go somewhere else for his gifts. Not cool!

The gentleman that was running the store that day seemed unwilling to help with a hat that I bought. A straw hat. He said there was nothing he could do to reshape the brim. I took it home and fixed it myself with steam and my hands.

Arrived at Clarksville store at 5:55 on 12-01-24 workers inside said they was closed sign and website both say 10am-7pm for Sunday
