They were friendly at pickup but was a different story when I returned the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back almost a day early because of not having anyone to pick me up the day of the scheduled return. I called to tell them and found out they close 15 minutes earlier than what is posted online. I was told they are there until 4:45 but close at 4:30. I told the man that I would get there just before 4:30 and was told “hopefully you don’t hit traffic” that was his way of saying that even there they are there that they wouldn’t take the vehicle back. I got there in time and the vehicle was on full. When it was filled at the station the pump cut off. The man stated it wasn’t full so they charged me for gas…even if it wasn’t full, which it was, how would they know ahead of time how many gallons? They were extremely rude and just acted as if they didn’t care at all. I rented this vehicle for 11 days and brought it back early and in better condition than I got it but they didn’t seem to care. Avoid this rental company at all cost. They are crooks!

This is the only place I will rent a car from. The customer service is the absolute best. The will do their absolute best to provide the service you need from them

I reserved a car a week ago and went to pick it up and was told they did not have the car. I was offered another car and then was told it was damaged. The guy there did not even try and see if there was a car anywhere else. Gave me a phone number and walked off. I sat in the parking lot and another customer came in and was taken out of the back door and given a car. I waited a hour on the phone and finally got someone to help me and was told I could pick up a car at a nashville location and that experience was not any better. In the end I did not get a car and will NEVER deal with budget again.

they just werent very helpful of clear they were very vauge and indirect when I asked direct questions so I already felt as if I were going to be ripped off so NO DEAL

Not often do I leave a review, however the professionalism at this location is non existent. We reserved a vehicle months ahead, get there that day and am told very nonchalantly "we don't have your vehcile" no courtesy call and extremely unpleasant.

Also known as Maxxxd out towi g and collision. 2 separate businesses. They both are phenomenal. Great people, fair pricing and very people friendly. Max installed my 2.5 inch lift on my renegade. Budget has vehicles for all your needs.
