We stopped here this weekend on our way down to FL. Robin was so kind in helping us get a room, it’s spring break and very limited availability. We had also left a personal item behind and asked her to keep an eye out and she found it and called us right away. Super friendly and made our stay great!

Very convenient location, plenty of parking spaces. There is a kitchen in each room. You can cook your food right at the hotel. Free coffee, laundry and exercise equipment. The room has a dishwasher. I recommend it to everyone!

Love the staff and I love that they're willing to go out of their way, above and beyond for the guests. I'll definitely be back.

Appears to be a bit older hotel, but well maintained for the most part. Could use some renovations. The front desk manager took care of a travel issue, and was able to answer my concerns.Only noticeable safety/security concern was room door, needs to be adjusted or replaced as seal on door is not tight and when pushed on, you could see into room and/or hallway depending on which side you're on. Papertowel and tape solved the problem temporarily.Over all experience was not bad, just minor bumps.Rooms: Nice sized rooms. Loved the size of room provided.Noteworthy details: Room door did not seal tight properly. Safety/security concern which the property manager/owner needs to address asap.

My stay was nice. The only complaint that I have is that the walls are so incredibly thin that you can hear your neighbors talk like they are right next to you. Let alone if they snore, have a pet, or are having a private moment. Unfortunately, I experienced it all. It's wild.

We had been on the road all day with 2 dogs. We were exhausted and really needed a suite for the dogs to have some space. Linda at the front desk went out her way to find a room that would fit our needs. She is excellent and Candlewood Suites is lucky to have such a great employee. Our suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

I will preface this review by saying some of the things I'm about to say about this place are not necessarily their fault but it doesn't change how I feel about this place. I booked a room months ago through a third party site. When we got here they tried to downgrade to a smaller suite. My reservation was non-modifable on my end why should they be able to do that because they overbooked. But they took it away from someone else. Coming up the room the whole stairwell reeked of Marijuana. Getting into the room it was dank, musty and everything was stained. I wouldn't let my kids touch anything til I got the pullout sofa bed made. Pulling it out there was a dirty sheet inside. There was no sheets in the closets to make the bed like any normal place. The bedroom itself has no independent air flow, just this stupid wall thru things. It made it miserable. On top of that around 10ish I started to smell an overwhelming smell of weed. I went into the living room where my 7 year old twins were asleep and the smell there was overpowering. It was honestly awful. We called the front desk, it was clearly coming from the room next to us and asked if there was anything possible to be done. The answer was to move us. Yes please I want to be punished because someone else is being an a-hole. I want to wake up two 7 year olds after driving for 10 hours in a car to move all our stuff. Or the other option was a "clean air machine". When my husband brought it up to the room it was an industrial grade little machine with a warning label that says it emits ozone and should only be used in unoccupied spaces. To top it off when my husband went to go get the machine the front desk lady had a call on speaker phone, she was complaining about us. My son has asthma and she was saying "it does not cause asthamatic attacks". And then said "shhhh he is right here". Last time i checked most overnight hotel clerks are not MDs. And it is rude as hell to be talking about a guest who was not even rude. We stayed on a non-smoking floor. My kids shouldnt have had to be subjected to that. I was hot all night, the room smelled all night and people below us were clearly bumping music all night. It's 5:30 in the morning now and I'm leaving as humanly possible to just get out of here. My kids slept and that's what mattered to me. That being said I know not everything is this hotels fault. The manager that brought the sheets that were not in the room yesterday was nice but it still doesn't make up for the state of this stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Had a king suite. There is no air in bedroom but a through wall vent. When I arrived the bedroom was very warm. The current seemed to block the vent, so I used the lamp to hold it away from vent and eventually the room cooled off and was comfortable when I slept.

I checked in here on Wednesday because the Tru hotel by Hilton was booked up, and the repairs to fix the plumbing issues at my house were not finished yet.I loved that this hotel was literally across the street from the Tru hotel by Hilton. Which made changing hotels easy.I have a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, along with dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and a sink. The bathroom is very spacious. I have a large desk with a couple of chairs which made eating in my room easy. The only problem I had was the TV remote. It needed to be re-programmed, and the buttons on the remote were difficult for me to press them, so I didn't watch TV. I used my computer and phone instead. The staff is very friendly. There's no breakfast offered but they do have room service you can order. And there's lots of restaurants and stores close by. I bought some food to cut the cost of ordering out since I'll be here for at least a week.

The rooms are roomier than most. This is a dog friendly place, with suites. Clarksville has all the amenities of a hub town.As a dog dad, a husband, and a younger grumpy old man..it was an acceptable stay however cleanliness was questionable.Middle of renovations supposedly, so half the amenities weren't able to use. It's just not up to par for more than one night. The staff was nice..

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping, the highwa and not too far from post. The rooms, however, could use a goos scrubbing and renovation. Our first room had not been cleaned at all. The staff was extremely apologetic and found us another suite. The new room was cleaner, but there was mold all in the bathroom, hair on the towels. Remote did not work. No cable on the tv, we tried watching using the buttons on the tv. And the garbage disposal was full of food, I ran it, but it was still gross. This place worked for the night but would not use again for the price.
