    “I wandered in here just to browse. I am still getting my post baby body back and I don’t know my sizes. I started chatting with Veronica and she showed me some jeans. Since I had one of my kids with me I couldn’t really try on. She asked me a few questions and guessed my size, and when I got home they fit perfectly which I wasn’t expecting. I’m not ready to invest in a ton of clothes right now but it’s nice to have something that fits me and makes me feel comfortable until I get back in the shape I want to be in. Thanks Veronica 🩷”

She went above and beyond to take care of us and made the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable. You can tell right away she genuinely cares about her customers and about running her store the right way. Rebekah was friendly, professional, and super helpful without being pushy at all. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome the entire time. It’s rare these days to see someone who clearly takes pride in their job and treats people with that level of respect and energy. Because of her, we’ll absolutely be back to this location. Spencer’s is lucky to have her as a store manager. If you’re shopping at Governor’s Square Mall, ask for Rebekah — you’ll be taken care of.”

    “kobi and kat were AMAZING!! Kat was super professional and cool! She helped me find the last hoodie in-stock and i couldnt be more grateful about it!! there was a difficulty in the computer system, so they had to shut the store down, but generously offered to hold me and my best friend's items until they were back and running. Kat retrieved the items and the checkout proccess was so smooth and not that awkward quiet shuffling. So kind and so patient 10/10 for both!!!”

They gave me so many options I started to feel bad they were bending over backwards to help. She was super friendly even though some customers were a little frustrated from standing in line waiting to get checked out. She asked how everyone was doing when they came to the counter and even though she was moving pretty quickly she made conversation. She's doing an amazing job and she does it with a smile.”
