Very Rude at the drive thru window ,, the shake we ordered she handed to us like almost upside down . Now I will say there good shakes and thick so guess she wasn't worried if it spilt or not?? Lol we had to order 2 or 3 ways cause she just wasn't understanding?? Still did not get our order right . Hire Someone different please

The food was good and fast. Tried a burger, fries, and onion rings. If you want some good food fast, stop in. The drive-through was a little for my truck through. Definitely don't try it with a dually if lower truck.

They messed up my order, rushed my wife, and screwed up the fries and burger for my kid. Plain hamburger just ketchup and a large fry, added mayo and Cajun to the fries. That's more work, why on earth would they try to lose money.

Food was good service was great. First time here they don't have any seating so had my lunch in the car. I might try it again. Milkshake was great.

I stopped by yesterday between 1 and 1 30 pm to get 2 shakes. The girl, Adrionna was rude at the drive thru. If she is the tall black girl. The receipt had her name but there was a shorter girl standing closest to the window, handing out the order. Got the shakes home and for the second time, they were not mixed good. They were supposed to be peanut butter fudge. All you could taste is peanut butter and it was stuck to the bottom of the cup. For 8.74 for 2 med size shakes, employees need to make them the right way. Sure I like fast service but would rather have quality service.

Absolutely stellar place. Great prices, great food, always amazing quality. Love cookout and this location does not disappoint. Highly recommend. It does get busy after midnight since they are open so late.

We love Cookout but this was the first time eating from this one. Also first time ordering their hotdogs. This is what I got and I'm hoping its a fluke or they ran out of other hotdogs or something.

DO NOT GO GO THIS LOCATION, they will literally find ways to charge you more, they told me that they would replace my drink with a shake which only adds $2 but they didn’t tell me that they wouldn’t do it so my total for a burger and a shake when I pulled up was $14 because they said they couldn’t replace it, which is odd considering I specifically said to replace it when I made my order.
