If I could give zero stars I would I have tried to contact this company for months now with no reply! I have purchased 2 pairs of this brands boots in less than a year and they have completely fallen apart. So sad because this brand used to be amazing!

My dan post boots did not hold up. Well, one of them didn't. The boot repair shop told me it was because they used inferior leather in the one boot. I sent pictures and tried to work with them. But, they simply refused to make it right. Poor quality. Poor service. Never again.

I bought a pair of Dan post boots. I wore them twice in a carpeted office, and the heel fell off. I emailed Dan post, sent them tweets and sent them DMs through Facebook, they have not responded. $229 for boots that last one week.
