General Manager Anna lost the store quite a lot of money today when over 20 people walked out because she wouldn't honor the Labor Day Early Bird Discount for those following the discount specification of getting in line before the end of the first hour. She stated that she didn't have to have more than 1 cashier and that she can make any decisions she chooses. She also called the cops telling them lies to cover her self and her hatefulness. I will never shop here again and you couldn't give me their items for free. I am completely done with this store specifically because of her.

First time in this place and the last. Place is beyond nasty. I'd be afraid to buy anything from there I'd be afraid I'd be taking something home I didn't want. Could be a really nice store if employees would clean up round there. Things are opened and looked used. Like there was a mop for sale and you can tell it was used. Same with a shovel. I'm just speechless.

I love this store. I paid $19 for a huge bag of super nice clothes, plus size at that!! Everyone is always so nice there! A dress for $1 that I would've paid $30 or more for somewhere else? Yes please!

This place desperately needs a clean up crew and probably a hazmat team, the only saving grace here are the ok price bins full of smaller items such as slippers, kids toys, miscellaneous, etc.

Employees must not be paid enough to care. Answering the phone to discuss concerts while helping us, and complaining about not getting to eat your food yet. We used to love coming here but sadly it has gone down hill.

The first time I went in was right after they opened and I didn't go back because it looked like a mess! But I went in the other day and got quite a few things for real cheap. The music they played overhead was old school rock which I really liked! The staff was very friendly!

It is dirty, filthy and disgusting. I left feeling as if I needed a shower. I have city dumps that were cleaner. The staff stands around gossiping and have no desire to do anything. This is the first time I have ever been and will never return.

I enjoyed just looking around, and spotted maternity clothes, I have not seen a store with maternity clothes in it in a very long time. Unless it's a specifically for pregnant woman and children store. So I got neice that's expecting a couple outfits, among other things, and barely spent anything. LOVE IT

I've been to many DCs and just like the others unless you there when stuff drops that morning you want really just find anything that big of a deal compared to buying it at the market stores. especially here in Clarksville a crowded small city everyone knows about dirt cheap so getting those big deals are like kinda rare these days. Sure you'll be able to eventually get a air fryer /pans /air conditioners/microwave for great prices compared to stores but that's about it unless you're there the day it drop many can't due to work.

A bit messy but amazing prices. Great for young military families trying to get all the home basics. Lots of stuff from Target.

The Dirt Cheap stores are always hiding some good surprises if you're willing to hunt through everything. I would have given five stars but when I was at this location none of the items would scan properly when I tried to check the prices. I didn't have any similar issues at the one in Nashville though. It's a really fun store to rummage around in. To be clear though, the staff at both places are very friendly and helpful.

Whoever is running this location should not only be ashamed, they should be fired immediately. This store is absolutely disgusting. Seriously Broken furniture with price tags on them, most isles you can’t even take a cart through because of all the trash on the floor, I mean this just blows my mind that none is doing anything about this. It’s not only a danger to children but Is definitely breaking some codes.

Used to love the place and find some good finds but cannot stand how rude the associates are. I get it, it’s not the most glamorous store but at least have some retail decency. One gal in particular with a messy bun, kind of younger is always nasty rude with me. Don’t think I’ll be coming in for a while.

A bit like sifting through a junkyard. Yes, it's true. Items here today may be gone tomorrow. Found several almost assembled gas grills sitting crookedly in their frames. A lot of school supplies: pens and notebooks. There was a little furniture, but sofas looked like they had hurtled to earth from a high altitude. Clothing is fairly abundant and there are dressing rooms. Plumbing items included fixtures and tub inserts Would be a good place for eBay resellers to find salable items. Ollie's is much more "upscale" one block over.
