This is literally my favorite Dollar General to go too… always great customer service especially this one lady named Kathy she is always smiling and very welcoming and I just love her!!!! She is definitely a great hard worker even if the store every once in a blue moon doesn’t have what I need her smile is enough for me to be cool with that. But the store almost always have everything I need when I go. I believe it’s my favorite location

I never experience such a rude and disrespectful person the cashier Tara is rude and disrespectful every time I'm in that store the people are so friendly but her when I'm in there she is at the register she walked away and get someone else to cash me out I went tonight and she did it again for the 3rd time she is so rude for no reason at all and she talks about my special needs son she doesn't know how my son and for her to say disrespect things about him to other people is wrong definitely not coming back when she is there cause feel like she don't care about her job at all

If it weren't for the customer service 1 star for the lack of AC but Walter and the manager are so quick to help customers you only have to bare it for a little while. Having great customer service in this heat is insanely impressive.

I came to the dollar store and asked the cashier if he would be able to transfer money from my Chime account to my cash app account. He took the money off of my chime card and tried to load it on a prepaid vanilla card account. It took $160 off of my card that I needed to use that day and he had to refund it back onto my Chime card and it took seven days for the merchant to settle that’s very Inconvenient when you have bills to pay.

All Dollar General store seems have disrespectful employees . I Ask to use bathroom they are having issues with the way they treat people .They treat you like your a criminal or, maybe they don't like cleaning the bathrooms this was reported case# 0114012I will update any positive response

Dollar general hire some of the rudest employees. No customer service what so ever. They are never willing to help you. There are plenty of people you allCould hire that are willing to help and are nice about but dollar general seems to hire the worse people with absolutely the worse customer service.

Do not even bother shopping there. Absolutely so customer service. They are NOT try and help you. I Cnt do anything is their famous line. Appears dollar general hires employees that do not help their customers just I can’t I can’t I can’t I can’t help you. She was wearing a dollar general clothing standing behind the counter but cannot help not even willing to try. Just says I cnt regardless of the sign posted with the sale price but nothing she could do. I Cnt I Cnt I Cnt
