Incredibly frustrating experience at Dollar General store; not to mention I have been a loyal customer, visiting 2-3 times a week for the past five years, and I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from the staff. The attitudes of Nikei and Corissa were particularly disappointing. Corissa often appears moody and rude, and her lack of hygiene is concerning. Typically, I am in and out quickly, but when it comes to using coupons, everything seems to go awry. During my last visit, Corissa accused me of cursing at her coworkers, BUT I know "everything should be on camera." I want to clarify that I have never had any issues at this store, except for a week prior and the day of this incident with the same (2). Personally it was small but could of been worse due to me catching them conspiring against me, and I guess this was for me to stop coming to "their" store.
I was taken aback by the manipulative lies they told directly to my face. It was a bad day overall, but I chose to leave before the situation escalated. Other customers in line were unaware of the context, and I didn’t want to create a scene over their unfounded accusations. I felt their disrespect was palpable, but I knew the situation was being recorded, and I had proof of my transactions. Ultimately, I left to avoid losing my composure, and wanted all to know my experience and to upset not to do a review!

Unnecessarily slow.. if you need an item removed its a hassle because for some reason the cashier isn't able to, you have to wait for someone with a key to come unlock the register ... not for a refund just to remove an item from checkout.

Placed a pick up order and the associate was extremely rude to my mother and told her she didnt have time to fulfill it even though it was placed hours in advance

Lot of time they have the wrong prices says one thing on shelf and rings up for a different price oh and I have bought milk here and it be bad before the best buy date

This is my favorite dollar store to shop by that's close to my home and the lady who works there Miss Renee it's my favorite one she's always find me always funny always good to talk to and always helpful and the guy who works there Anthony he is also very friendly and helpful it's always nice to see friendly faces there and always willing to help when you need help with something

Every time I go into this dollar general they are out of everything. I tried getting dog food and the whole aisle was empty. I went to the one on Tracy lane and they were completely stocked. Go to the Tracy lane one.

This place was legitimately TRASHED. Ive never been in such a messy, unkept store. Trash coating the parking lot… floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in years. Stuff ALL over the floor. Could barley walk down certain isles..

Every time I walk I this store, there's barely anything on the shelves but the store is clogged with unopened inventory boxes. I can barely walk around.

This guy at the register was nice, but this is the SECOND dollar general that I've come to, where there's NO MANAGER in sight! Like.... where the hell are the managers? At home, hanging out? I couldn't even return my item because there was no manager. And he also said I had to return my item to the store I purchased it from! Um.... sir, that was in FL! Lmao so I can't get my money back? Imagine WALMART saying they'll only take returns from the store you PURCHASE the item from! Get it tf together!Again, this isn't towards the cashier, because he was nice!

hire stockers and give them hours...cashier one person cant stock too...profit business with sorry ethics...Im senior citizen with bad back..got stuck between 2 rolling stock movers...this store is a sample of your management
