Terrible experience. The manager Yolanda is rude and hateful with customers. Refused to let my wife return a non-food item, even though she had a receipt. Told her that she wasn’t going to do it because she didn’t have time to deal with it. This is not the first bad interaction we’ve seen with her and customers. Will not be back to this location. Nick at the location near Walmart in Sango, is much nicer and more pleasant to customers. Will be going there from now on.

I love going to this dollar store, all the staff have always been very friendly to me. Always willing to help if I can't find something. And this store seems to be clean. You may see staff with boxes to restock shelves, but its clean.

Yolanda 1 of the manager’s was there on Tuesday. November 18th 2025 cussing like a sailor. About another employee not doing their job. She was speaking to a different employee. I was never Thanked for shopping there. She has a horrible attitude should NOT be a manager. I had to walk in front of her and I said excuse me I’m sure she didn’t hear me because she was way too busy cussing. Totally unacceptable!

The quality of service at this location has significantly declined over the years. I arrived before closing time only to find the doors locked. When I knocked, a staff member told me the manager allows employees to close early whenever. This is unprofessional and inconsistent with basic retail standards.
I’ve noticed a pattern of deteriorating service quality at this store. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about whether a business will honor its posted hours. Very disappointing experience from what used to be a reliable location.
I hope management addresses these operational issues soon— this store’s location is tough to beat.

Advertise close at 10. But really close whenever they feel like it. Closed at 924pm. Very disappointed.

Dollar general has decided to get rid of their self checkout and that is a nail in the coffin for me at least.
I went there yesterday afternoon around 415
Self checkout closed (again)
Long line for their one cashier..
Dollar general is not equipped to handle that kind of business with one overworked cashier..
Not sure who the genius was with Dollar general management that decided closing self checkout was a good thing but I can assure you it is not,
I ended up putting my items back and leaving not going to stand in line for 20mins to buy three things. Sorry DG you were my go to for quick and convenient but not anymore.

Was double charged at this store and when we went back to fix it, the employee nick was giving us a horrible attitude and refused to fix the double charge even though we had proof it charged us twice not only that but it was less then 5 min of us purchasing our items and us going in to fix the problem. We will be coming back tomorrow to get our situation fixed.

The older black woman that works there is rude as they come . She obviously hates her job and any customers that are not black . Does not deserve working there . Tired of her disrespect.

On Sunday night August 27th at 8:11 had stopped by to pick up a few things, and had to witness a every nice gentleman ask the cashier if they had a restroom and she said yes but he couldn’t use it because she had closed it. Then she kept saying to me that just breaks my heart. Acted like she couldn’t unlock it for the man to use, I finally look at her and said maybe he will make it home. I wonder if she needed to go before she goes home will she get that opportunity? You really get tired of the rude and non caring attitude of most of these people! She shouldn’t be working there because her customer service skills don’t exist!! Another thing I think the sign said you close at 10:00 but I guess you make the rules and not the corporation!

Skey was very rude didn't want to answer basic questions when asked about a discount rack she said yes the items are a 1 dollar it rang up for more and she insisted it was more even tho it's clearly marked she was just rude

I live across the highway from this store and use it quite frequently. Its a typical Dollar Store. Cluttered and unorganized but very handy. I can live with that but there is a cashier at this store that has absolutely no business at all dealing with the public. She is the rudest and most obnoxious person that I have ever seen at a Dollar Store. The rest of the staff are awesome but she seriously needs to go.
