We drove literally 2 hours and 35 minutes. We spoke to these people over the time frame coming to pick up the PlayStation portal. Our first phone call we were told they had 10 in stock and if we could get it purchased for pick up it would be ours. I purchased it and received the email it was ready for pickup. We drove this far for it to not be here! Cooper was very unprofessional. He flexed on camera and threw his shirt down and smiled big like it was a big joke. We have it all on camera. We feel as if the employees bought it and they are selling it for more. That should be against the law if so. We were refused the right to speak to a manager. Also, in order to purchase the PlayStation portal we had to purchase the pro membership and we done so and didn’t even want to but did it for the portal. Almost 3 hours of our time, gas, and money wasted. Also, when I called to let them know we were 5 mins away because we were crunching time for them to close the man said oh I thought you bought a PlayStation 5. SMH, a ps5 for 249.00… I would love to have one at that price! The man was very unprofessional and rude to us. We have a child that’s going to be upset on Christmas thanks to GameStop!

Knowledgeable staff. They offer what you could need if you had little ones or destructive animals. They don't treat you differently based on how your dressed. They understand that a gamer can take many appearances and are well too assist those needing to purchase for the gamer. Nice small location

Id give this game stop a negative star if I could. My husband went into here to buy Midnight Sun. The guy who helped him (he wasn't wearing a name tag), fingered through all of the games with cellophane on it and found a previously opened box. When my husband confronting him about it he claimed it was a not played game but tried to sell it to him for a brand new game price rather than a used game price. After further questioning him, the employee claim that he was doing what his boss wants him to do. He never offered my husband a brand new game with cellophane on it he was just trying to sell him a used game at new prices.

Typical gamestop. Woman on shift was very helpful, but very overwhelmed with the amount of customers in the store and phone calls and seemingly being the only one there. Will never understand why Gamestop is so cheap and won't put two people working, even for safety concerns.

I just left this location very disappointed. My son pointed out that they had a BOGO sale, so my wife and I let him look around. I asked Solomon, the store associate, what games applied to the BOGO sale. His response was everything to the right of the sign...My son picked out Mario Bros Deluxe & Yoshi's Crafted World...they were to the right of the sign.When going to the register to check out another associate explains that none of these games are not part of the BOGO. The fine print on the sale sign informed them that the sale expired on 6/17! Why wasn't this sign replaced?! Why wasn't the list of games posted next to the sign for customers to see?!When expressing my disappointment to Solomon and his associate, they both began explaining how the games are cataloged in the store. I have a problem with this because this could have been avoided if Solomon had come over to us and verified that the games on the shelf to the right of the sign were part of the BOGO. Furthermore, they should have honored the BOGO at the register. They simply apologized about the signage and attempted to educate me again about how the games are placed on the shelf by staff. They also explained that the price of the games should have suggested that they were not on sale. I have stopped shopping at GameStop for many years...it seems that I came back too soon. The sale sign was removed before I had a chance to take a picture.

The people who work here are always really helpful (Though that might just be a thing with Tennessee), the only thing I dislike about GameStop is that they have bad policies.

Why are the stores all closing? You can buy games online for less and google smarter answer than you get from people working there. Just called and asked a question and lady made me repeat myself 5 times and was so clueless just said sorry we don’t have it when she didn’t even look it up

BEWARE. Bought my son a $179 new controller for Christmas. He opened and looked at it and said he would rather have a different gift. Took back with receipt 9 days later and was refused to take back and offered $30 store credit. Recommend to buy elsewhere!!!!!
