Electronic Express was a wonderful choice for a washer and dryer. When we walked into the facility we had the grand tour from an associate named Hunter. He answered all the questions I had and even made the paperwork a breeze. I highly reccomend anyone looking for their next big electronic invest to come here.

I had the best experience with Electronic Express in Clarksville Tn! I was simply window shopping for a gaming monitor when a rep named Danyal helped me with various options and financial options. Even when I had issues with the monitor he and the great folks went above and beyond to help me find the product I needed. Thank you all! The best customer service I’ve ever had. I will use them as a benchmark for my own personal experience in customer service!

I was super excited to get my computer. It was on the truck, out for delivery but then I got a notice that it was undeliverable due to address error. So I tried to fix it. UPS said I needed to contact the company since they have restricted UPS from doing any modifications. So I did. I was told that they didn't include my street address so what will happen is it will get sent back to them and they will issue a full refund. I am shocked that a company cannot be responsible enough to fill out an address label... I needed that by today... thank you for wasting time I could have used getting a computer from a reliable company.

I came in to get a portable Bluetooth speaker for my campsite and the sales gentlemen. David helped me out getting what I needed and also we were talking about car stereos for my Toyota Highlander so I'm coming back to purchase a car stereo from him and I'd recommend him and his sales expertise and his electronic expertise.

If I could I would give them Zero stars. Today we bought a Nintendo Switch that did not work and when I tried to return it of course the serial number on the box did not match. And we were unable to get our money back. They have a zero console return policy because they sell duds. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

Very simple online pick up process. I had a great associate named Von help me from start to finish, worried about my pick up item being too large for my vehicle, he went out of the way to help me and was very professional and had amazing customer service. 5 stars to Von.

Bought a $2000 tv. They delivered. It didn’t work. They then came to pick the broken tv up after a week and didn’t bring a replacement. I called and they stated they don’t do replacements or exchanges. And now I have no tv and another week to two weeks to get my money back. I will never recommend or buy from electronic express again. I will however take my money whenever I finally get it back and buy a tv from Best Buy. And the customer service really sucks.

Called and asked the salesman if he had a particular TV in stock and after checking the stock room he found 1, and kept it for me until I got there. Now, that may not seem like much to do, but what blew me away was the man asked me if I minded if he opened the box to check to make sure that everything was in the box. It doesn't stop there, then he asked if it was ok if he plugged the TV in to ensure it was working properly, which he did and it did. In my 59 years of purchasing a TV I have NEVER had anyone do anything like that! Oh yeah he also carried it to my car and put it in by himself. My first time purchasing something from that location, but I will be back!

To keep it simple, I was greeted with assistance immediately, the helper was young but open and easy to cut up with. He gave plenty of info on things needed and when in doubt he would hesitation grabbed additional help. Overall was a well friendly visit and I look forward to going back when needed

The employee who helped us was great. He showed me where the items that I was interested in were and allowed me to take my time to choose. He even brought the purchase to my car and loaded it for me. I greatly appreciate the customer service.

The gentleman we go helped me pick out a laptop was great and very knowledgeable/helpful. It was his boss lack of patience for this new hire and rudeness towards him that made our experience awkward! It was obvious the new guy didn’t know each step to enrolling members into credit programs but the boss didn’t seem to care. He even was argumentative with other employees. I think everyone was uncomfortable. Please get rid of that guy, I’m sure if you inquired the employees about this review, they will reveal who it was. I visited 2.25.23 11am check the schedule for that day it’ll show who the manager is!

If you're looking for a TV, Casey is your man! His knowledge and the wide selection at Electronics Express is extensive. He was patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Thank you Casey for all your help - A+ customer service! Prior to our TV purchase we bought appliances there as well - Austin is your guy for all things appliances! He is another wonderful example of the competent staff Electronics Express has at their stores! Thank you both!

Horrible! Issuing one star is a misrepresentation. It should be a negative 5 stars.My wife purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer the latter part of December 2022. The dryer worked for 2 weeks. Since then, the Samsung repair people have made 2 service calls, replaced circuit boards and a motor. It still doesn't work.Electronic Express has been of little assistance, deflecting all appeals for assistance to Samsung.Now, Samsung has called my wife and said that the parts they used in one of the repairs were defective and they want to make another service call.It is obvious to me that the dryer is a lemon. I have demanded a new dryer to no avail.Electonic Express used to be our "go to" store. NEVER AGAIN!STAY AWAY FROM ELECTONIC EXPRESS AND SAMSUNG AT ALL COST.
