“I had a mixed experience at Doctors Care Sango. The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming—they made check-in smooth and pleasant. However, my experience with the nursing staff was not as positive. I didn’t feel fully included or informed about the care being provided, and the communication could have been more patient-friendly. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism of the front desk team, but I hope there can be improvements in how patients are guided and communicated with during care.”

And they don't take a very long time to take you back and get your vital then put you in a treatment room so that the DR or PA see you.
