Service allowed address for deliveries to be changed by someone to delivery at a Dollar General instead of our home address, and reported delivery was attempted while we were waiting.

I missed my delivery yesterday so I sat at home all day waiting since I was given a 12 hour window. I was in my living room and got a text that I missed it again. I heard no knock at the door, nor did my dog who goes crazy at the sound of anything. My car is in the driveway and I’m clearly home. Maybe knock louder so I don’t have to sit at home all day for the second day in a row.

Using their website watching the drivers go around the block 5 & 6 times while my delivery window changes from 9-11 am to ‘by the end of the day’?! Calling the 800 number only to get someone that speaks broken English and just tells me that my shipment has left the facility!! I will be telling any company that I order from, that I will not order if they use FedEx!!

A delivery driver on December 18th 2024 misdelivered my package to a home two doors down and that happened to have been a piece of medical equipment I needed I'm a disabled vet. I called FedEx and I get someone in Asia who is not able to help me they just tell me what I want to hear which was somebody's going to go get that and bring it to your house right now which never happened of course. I asked the driver when he got here where's my package and he said it's not here I don't know where it is when he had just dropped it off two doors down. This man has been nothing but a problem for the last 2 months it started when he dropped off my shed in four boxes. He gave me the middle finger yesterday standing at the bottom of my driveway. How unprofessional can you be Ronaldo. I have tried to contact FedEx and I keep getting Asia or the Philippines and no one can help me. FedEx couldn't tell me where my package was but the sender was able to tell me exactly what house it was dropped off at so I was able to get on my mobility scooter and go get it for myself this morning off of their porch. This is caused me so much stress and physical exertion. I would like to be reimbursed for the shipping fees and I would like to have one hour of Ronaldo's wages for having to do his job. I didn't have the piece of medical equipment that I needed desperately because FedEx dropped the ball. How unprofessional and how Un-American can you be sending customer service calls to Asia and to the Philippines where they don't speak very good English and they can't help you they just tell you what you want to hear.

I wouldn't even give FedEx 1 star. I am beyond livid as a customer.
I've called 3 days in a row to have a PRIORITY EXPRESS OVERNIGHT picked up. First pick up, the driver just didn't pick up. No notes. Second time I called and scheduled a pick someone CANCELED the pick up. Why?! No reason. Third time calling supposedly customer support spoke with area dispatch and said the driver is just delayed. It is now 4:51 on a Friday last pick up time is 5 and my package is still sitting on my porch.
This will cost us hundreds of dollars if not returned by a certain time.
The people I've spoken to have been kind but I am utterly disappointed in the dispatch and logistics for Clarksville FedEx.

Left signature slip on door. They still won’t leave the package. They also constantly deliver my neighbors package that lives 2 houses down. There’s always issues with this fedex

There is a manager named Sean Thompson who is completely unprofessional I will never do business with fedex. He made fun of my age and now says I will never get another package delivered to my house. That garbage man kept his word I am not receiving packages and is trying to destroy my business. They do not follow delivery instructions drivers will cuss you out

Lazy driver. 2 days in a row waiting for a desk for our office the driver just looked at us waiting in the parking lot while he marked it as “delivery attempted”… crazy thing is.. we were going to help with the package.

The staff here are wonderful! Rarely more than 5 minutes wait, The people who work at the counter here are friendly and polite. I will go out of my way to use this Ship Center.

I never received my package the pic shows where it was delivered to the wrong address. The item that was to be delivered was worth over $100. I was unable to speak to a human.

I'm sitting in my building expecting a package and I receive an email reading my package was delivered about 4 or so but I see the black male get out the truck and in the truck and pull off after sitting beside the building for a few minutes but nothing was delivered. When I call the number and give my tracking number all the recording does which is useless is tell me my package was delivered. WELL IT WAS NOT BECAISE IM LOOKING AT THE TRUCK AND SAW IT PULL OFF!!! nobody can seem to help and that's over $100 of merchandise for my business. So who do I need to call or sue because this is ridiculous

Nina, the German supervisor who works at the distribution center in Clarksville is terrible! She told my son who previously worked there, who has a documented disability, that he was too slow in the head to work there. He told her that was very unprofessional and very offensive and she said she didn’t care. Quote on quote, This is Tennessee and they don’t care about people like you. He did the best he could and worked hard but apparently that wasn’t enough. Shame on you Nina! I hope your supervisor reads this and I hope karma pays you a visit! You should not be in a supervisor position and you should probably read this thing called The American Disabilities Act. It’s not a Tennessee thing, it’s a national federal law that’s meant to protect people with disabilities from people like you that discriminate. You’re a terrible person and I don’t know how you sleep with yourself at night. He will be filing a complaint with the labor board.
