Horrible customer service. Only allows the customer to try on one shoe. Employees sitting on counter not even acknowledging customer.

I had the best customer service experience for a first time guest in this store. Thank you all for making me feel welcome and not discriminating me because of my foot size. And thank you for going above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes I liked ❤️

Unsure of all the gossip an comments I've been reading but the finish line in Clarksville,Tn is the BEST!! VERY impressed of how fast I got my shoes when I have them come to the store, out of all the shoe stores in the mall I love this one. I think her name is Brittany (store manager) but she is beyond great when it comes to any of my issues I'm having with shoes or with helping me locate them when they drop. Feels like home when I'm in their.I give them a A+ for service#Finishline ?????????

I was able to get a pair of running shoes that are awesome. For the amount of people shopping in the store (just myself & my spouse) I expected more "attention" but either way, I got what I needed.

I went by this last week and 3 employees were hanging out in the back around the register. They had a barrier up to keep people from just walking into the store. I stopped at the front and paused they looked at me. I said I would like to ask a question they just looked at me no one made an effort to come towards me. I was at least 40 feet away and they just stood there. I said I don't want to have to yell can I ask a question, they made no effort. I walked on rather stunned by a very rude customer service 15 minutes later I walked back by and 2 employees were helping someone looking at shoes inside the store. I can assume why but I would rather not go there.

We ALWAYS shop at Finish line for all of our shoes for our family. Well after tonight Not anymore!!!! Me, My husband and my son walked into the store looking for shoes for my son. We were the only customers in the store. There were two employees standing by the check out counter talking and one was eating there lunch right at the counter. We stood over by the kids shoes for about 10 minutes and nobody ever came over to ask us if we needed help, Finally i walked over to the counter and had to ask them if they could get my sons size shoe from the back so he could try it on. The girl took the shoe from me and continued to stand there and talk to the other staff memeber while he ate his lunch. It was like we werent even in the store. I have never been to a store and been treated like that. We will NEVER return to that Finsh line!!!

Terrible, terrible customer service. The employees acting as though they did not want to help. I did not receive a greeting, or anyone asking if I needed help. I had to hunt down an employee just to ask if they had a shoe in my size. I understand how retail work is, but the store was empty. They surely did not have an issue with staring me down. I'm not sure what happened here, but the staff needs to be trained on how customer service is suppose to be, or hire better employees that actually want to help and be there.
