Had to get my splash guard removed after hitting some debris in the road, and luckily these guys can take care of that. Went in around noon without an appointment and only took an hour or two and it was taken care of.

I have used this Firestone for Lifetime alignments. I have purchased 3 lifetime alignments in the past 5 years from this location. My mom gets tires and alignments done here as well. This location at governors square has been the most dishonest. When I first got the lifetime alignment for my Prius they claimed to have done the alignment when they didnt. It took three visits to finally get it actually done. Even though it was claimed they did it. I had to remove the tie rods even more out for them to do their job that I paid for. Fast forward to yesterday, I bring in my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with quadra lift air suspension for a lifetime alignmnet. The guy said he could have it done the next day. However, 30 minutes after dropping it off I get a call that it's done. When I arrive I am told that they could only adjust the toe. The Camber and caster would require an engine removal and adjustment by the dealer only. They claimed I must take it to the dealer! After charging me $230 for the lifetime alignment. Today I returned and told them they were incorrect and showed the service manual on how to adjust the camber and caster. To which the person then tells me. "Well the guy that can do it won't be here until Monday." I tell her no I want my money back I can't trust you at all anymore. I should have learned that lesson with my Prius. As she is giving me the refund she says she is sorry the tech lied to her and gave her bad information. I really don't know who lied but I do know that I can never trust this store. Do business with them at your own risk...

Just a FYI... After I received the below comment asking me to message them with details I did. On February 12, 2025 I sent a detailed email with receipts. There has not been any correspondence or reply from them. Just so everyone knows they don't really care.

The employee James helped me with my flat tire right away explained prices and checked out my whole car before turning it back over to me with a smile I couldn't ask for a better business to go to with my car

They are efficient and easy to schedule and pickup. But I always have 2-3 valve stem caps missing when I get my vehicle. This is bothersome because I don’t use the cheap black rubber caps.

Had an emergency need for a new bty. The gentlemen that helped me was very knowledgeable, as well as polite and helpful. You don't get customer service like this anymore. First time I didn't feel like I was being taken...will definitely go back and recommend.

Traveling through clarksville on our way to Wisconsin during a flood warning and tornado warning yesyerday, and a sink hole blew out my tire. The young man that helped me was the best!! All the techs were gone for the day, but got me all set up with a new tire first thing this morning. The staff this morning were awesome too. Sincerety at its best.

We were returning from vacation and blew a tire on a Saturday late afternoon during torrential downpour and flooding. James, was amazing! We got the tire placed on Sunday am. Can't say enough positiveness about this team!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They put a patch on a tire last week that took several hours and now the tire is going flat again and it will take an hour and a half to get it fixed again or at least for them to get it in to be looked at. It wouldn't be so bad if they would treat you with respect but I ended up with the same employee as last time which has ZERO customer skills!!!!
