Every time I come here, I’m met with kindness and genuine care. I’ve brought my car in about three times now and will definitely keep coming back. Most recently, I came in because of some strange noises, which thankfully turned out to be nothing serious. What a sorry shop! Person working in the office has a terrible attitude. Would never recommend to anyone. If I could have left negative stars I would have.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. After calling around to find a shop, Frost Auto answered all my questions over the phone, and treated me with respect. Once they had my vehicle, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed all within 24 hours. Amazing customer care and auto service! Will be using them for all things in the future.

May do good work, but we called to ask about bringing in a VW Jetta and all the guy said was "good luck". My husband waited a few seconds and nothing else was said. He finally asked "good luck? You don't work on VW's?". The reply was a very rude "no". No explanation, no "I'm sorry, sir, we don't work on those cars". Just "good luck". Very unprofessional and rude. Won't be taking any of our vehicles there. Too many other places with polite and professional people answer their phones.

This place deserves 6 stars. They have the best prices and the best service in Clarksville. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was good. Got both new brakes and an oil change for half the price that Firestone was going to charge for new brakes. They inspected my car, rotated and rebalanced my tires to fix my shaky steering wheel for no charge. Recommend this place to absolutely everyone.

The mechanics in this shop are very knowledgeable and very professional. Went for an alignment on my vehicle that the previous shop couldn't address, and they did it super fast. Couldn't be happier knowing that I can rely on their knowledge and fair prices.

Very honest shop. Truly people of integrity. Fixed my alignment with ease and gave me reassurance concerning other things that GATEWAY was trying to grotesquely charge me $800 for that did not need repairing. I recommend them to anyone. Called to get an appointment for an alignment and they got me in the very next day. Dropped my car off and they had it completed within a couple of hours. Would recommend this shop to everybody.

This is the second time I have gotten my brakes and rotors changed. The friendly honest and affordable service can't be beat in town.
I went to a brake place closer to my home and they wanted to charge me double I only needed front brakes and pads but I was told I needed brakes and rotors for the front and back.
Even though I am not that knowledgeable about specific automotive procedures I am glad frost alignment didn't take advantage of that.
I recommend them 100% don't go no where else for brakes and any other services they provide.
