Gold's Gym in Clarksville is located off Highway 79 near I-24, convenient for those from Ft. Campbell or greater Montgomery County. It is a very clean place to work out, with staff and members always cleaning up. The gym is described as absolutely phenomenal for cleanliness, hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. It has everything needed to transform a fitness journey, including state-of-the-art equipment, free weights, and excellent equipment with plenty of space. There are yoga, barre, and cycling classes, a sauna, and Clarksville’s best personal trainers. The staff is very professional, helpful, super friendly, and provides excellent hospitality. The gym is open 24 hours Tuesday through Thursday with extended hours for early birds and night owls, and it offers onsite childcare. Many consider it the best gym in the area for a great price, with great classes and a solid workout.

Been trying to get into working out. I have been between two houses to get work done. It's been crazy trying to sell my mom's house and I am exhausted but felt the need to work some of energy out. Felt good with the workout. I needed that.
