I have been a loyal customer of this Goodwill location for over 10 years, always supporting the store by rounding up my purchases. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The older Black female cashier on duty was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated.
I believe all customers should be treated with respect and fairness, but this experience left me feeling discriminated against and devalued. Customer service should be a priority, especially at a store that relies on community support. Because of this encounter, I will no longer be rounding up my purchases, and I will be reconsidering my future visits to this location.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with kindness and professionalism.

I always find good deals here. The store was clean, the staff was friendly.

This place has really gotten nasty and I hate they ask if I want to round up to help them out. Us shopping there is helping you out and giving you a job. When dropping off donations the guys in the back refuse to help if a woman has anything heavy to unload

Seriously unpleasant. Knick knacks are crowded and a lot of stuff that just needed to be thrown out. Employees are rude and will be in your business the whole time, had the same employee reach under me and have me move to do things around me several times during my shopping. Train your staff to let people breathe. Not a great location.

Still a good place to shop but you can tell they raised their prices up on a lot of clothes and cookware.

Way better than the huge new one out off of Needmore Road. More space to actually look at the items, cleaner, just all around better.

I Tried to purchase a table and chair set for my child. I took the price tags off the pieces and brought the entire set up front, and they told me that since it had another tag NOT on it that someone is probably already purchased it. But there was no way to know for sure. That is ridiculous. If something is already purchased it should be off the floor or marked with a sold tag. Not still sitting on the floor with price tags on it. They also refused to take my name or number incase it wasn't already sold saying they cant hold items. I absolutely hate how far downhill goodwill has gotten. Outrageous pricing, no more plastic bags, and a horrible selling system for large items. Not going to be coming back after this.

This old lady who was working register 1 was so rude when we walked up and said "lanes closed" and then moved her closed lane sign. Then we walked back over to the other lane and the other people working called for back up. The lady ended up trying to get us back to her lane but we didn't go. And everything there is so expensive. The aisles are the biggest mess ever.
