I don't make many reviews but the sale associate Morgan W. Absolutely love her. She was a great help and very friendly and honestly made my day so much better. Made my time at the register feel inviting and buying records easier and faster🥰

They usually have good stuff, especially books. One of the cashiers (an older black woman) is rude, especially with carts. I just try to avoid her. The older Asian woman is really fast though. Sometimes the lines get really long and stretch halfway through the store.

The people standing outside the stroage area doors cherry picking the items coming out make it hard to find anything good. If you are not a reselling and just enjoy the hunt good luck at this goodwill.

They get 2 stars for having good items but also because they price their shoes higher than other Goodwill locations in the exact same city and Hopkinsville KY based off of it's NIKE but never any other name brand which I am providing proof of New balance, Guess, Skechers, Fila, Puma and Michael Kors. They also get this rating for the morning manager, she's a African American light skinned lady that keeps her hair wrapped up with curls, she is not a people person and carries a bad tone and attitude. Goodwill gets these items for free and this specific location should not be selling fairly used and worn shoes for anything over 19.99 if in a cleaner condition. This is ridiculous and a bad reflection on a company that claims to care about it's neighboring communities. Get staff that know how to be welcoming instead of repelling in their demeanors. I have seen plenty of people complain about this staff, please do something about it and stop them from being ridiculous in pricing, the shoes don't even be clean but be high because it's a Nike shoe, THAT YOU GUYS GET FOR FREE.

Compared to most Goodwills I shop at they are very over priced. The stuff is donated for FREE.
I was sticker shocked at them asking $3.99 for children's clothes, stained and ripped. It's a shame. Then you are going to ask me to round my money up? For what? You don't give help to people in need.
Also the line today was all the way to furniture. Managers walking around and talking not once did anyone jump on a register or send assistance. When they finally did the cashier was going to help the person at the end of the line instead of saying, I will get the next person in line.
Management/employees stop allowing your friends to get the first dibs at merchandise to hit the shelves. Then you go into the back and tell the person I've been holding it for you since this morning. I knew you would want it. That's not right. Stop allowing the people to shop the bins before it hits the shelf only because they shop there every day.
The store manager isn't any better. He does not smile EVER and treats customers like trash.
So many cons vs pros for this location.
Do better Goodwill !!
Do better employees and most importantly, do better management. Also it doesn't hurt to smile at customers. Stop acting like you are better then the people that shop there.
Update :
For giving my review I am now banned from the goodwill rewards.
I gave an honest review and now got banned....
Update of update:
Guess since I am banned on my rewards, I will keep sharing more.
They ask for you to round up, if your total is $5.55...they ask you to round up to $6.00.
How is this ok?
The money doesn't help people in need because they don't help anyone.
Do better.
Again... Management here is AWFUL !!!!!!!
The male manager is SUPER annoying and rude.

ETA: I will not shop here anymore.. had been awhile since I had gone in, and oohhweee, it's changed. For the worst. Overpriced items that were received for free. During check out, I was told we'd have to balance our items on the way out as they don't provide bags anymore. Will shop at City Thrift over Goodwill any day.
01/2018 Nice clean location, reasonably priced, lines tend to be long with only one or two lanes open.

The store was nice but everything is way too expensive for what it is. $6 99 for shorts when I could literally go to Ross and get shorts for about the same price.

I don’t understand why the employers of Goodwill behave like they hate their jobs!! The heavy set black cross eyed lady with the bad wig is always super rude and unapproachable. When I worked at Goodwill, I was shocked how they treated the disabled employees!! So disrespectful and unprofessional! And when they respond to negative feedback they respond with what I believe is a generated system. With the same words!! Goodwill do better!!
