I brought my oldest dog in for his yearly checkup and oh my god!! He was so relaxed, happy and that spoke volumes!! They did his blood draws, his boosters and even gave him a snack! Everyone was so nice and polite and friendly and gentle with him! I'll definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of Kane for me!!

Absolutely unacceptable treatment here. I specifically requested an appointment with a specific provider at 1pm When I got to the appointment I was told my appointment was at 2 because the provider I scheduled with was "unavailable". Then I was told to choose a different provider to be seen. Dr Howard proceeded to come out and berate me about why I did not want my dog to be seen by him and "why can't I see her???"

Called into the office this morning for my 15 yo dog and options regarding euthanasia. Explained to the woman on the phone that he is in extreme pain lost motor function to his back legs and we believe it is time to let him rest easy. The woman asked if we had ever been to the animal hospital before? No we are relatively new to town. She then cites the protocol that they need to schedule an examination $ they they will likely have us come back at another time $ to preform the deed of putting our furry family member down $. She also informed me they wouldn't be able to see us for several days and wasn't specific on when that would be. I explained that I touch base with his regular doctor and she hung up no good bye, no sorry for your situation just rude. I suggest you work with you people on customer service skills. That was wrong and unwarranted.

Rude. The vet tech I talked to was very condescending and not empathetic at all, we had an emergency visit because my pet had a leg injury and she made me feel as though I was a burden and annoying her for being there. Wouldn't let me say no to getting him fixed and would scoff every time I tried to ask about something else. Wouldn't recommend here. Sango animal hospital is way better

We called as soon as they opened and they were able to squeeze me in with a same day appointment. My dog ended up having a ruptured gland and an ear infection. They took such good care of her and cleaned her up also. The vet recommended an ear cleaner that we purchased through them and haven't had an ear infection since! Super impressed with this vet and will definitely recommend to others. Only issue I have is the parking lot is super small, but the employees did a great job trying to move people around. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl!

When this place says it closes at a certain time, they really do. I was able to great an awesome emergency vet tech right as they were closing the front door. The vet tech did awesome and if I remembered her name I'd ask for her every time.

Perfect Furry Friend Doctors For the past 30 years, our family has depended on the Animal Hospital, started by Dr. Ben Howard, Sr. And, today, Dr. Ben Howard, Jr., his team of doctors, staff and team, are as kind, considerate and loving towards our furry friends as they were 30 years ago. Recently, we took our dog to see Dr. Howard, and he prescribed medication which helped within the three-day promise. Then, just yesterday, Dr. Howard called to check on our pet. What a wonderful attribute to a true and kind professional Dr. Howard is. Thank you, Animal Hospital. You are our place for all our furry friends in the future.

Our 5yr old GSD was sick. We called the Animal Hospital and they told us to come on in and they'd work is in. Our Shepherd is a pretty wild and difficult to deal with, especially at the Vet. They were so awesome and accommodating. Most importantly, Dr Hill noticed our boy had a heart murmur. She immediately asked if he was on a grain free diet. She told us that she thought that our dog had DCM. X-rays confirmed a slightly enlarged heart. She then contacted The Blue Pearl in Franklin and scheduled us an appointment with a specialist. We went to the specialist today who confirmed Dr. Hills diagnosis. We're awaiting blood test results to confirm if it's from the food. If it's nutritional it's may get better with new diet and treatment. I'm so thankful that Dr. Hill caught this while we were there for a seemingly unrelated illness. We're hopeful that we caught this early enough that we can treat or even reverse the damage. One week after Dr Hill diagnosed our dog with DCM the news that the FDA was looking in to a possible link between grain free/boutique foods and DCM hit the street.

The vets genuinely care about our pets. We have nothing but positive things to say about the overall service we have received.

Can't even begin to tell you how amazing these ladies were when we came in after hours to get help. My dog got sick and fell over stiffening up like he was not going to live. We got there as the staff was walking out on a Saturday. They walked us back to the door took care of my Bubbles. I was so worried and the kids were too. Trying to stay calm after witnessing that was a bit hard but they assured us he was fine. Nowwwww moving here from El Paso I'd actually made the mistake of throwing my care credit card in hhg's sooooo I couldn't exactly pay the bill right away. Dany attempted to call care credit who conveniently closed just 2 mins before we called and they "couldn't" assist us though they transferred and out us on hold to be assisted . Well Dany called mgmt who was outstanding and wayyyyy understanding who said just let her come back Monday and we will figure it out. Came back Monday and was helped by 3 more ladies a host of adopted kittens and they went beyond their duty to get care credit in the line, get the bill processed and ask about Bubbles. Even whine I was standing there the sister clinic (which I did not visit) called to check on Bubbkes and see if we got care credit billing straightened out. When you are in the middle of a move, dog is having a seizure, and new to an area this is what you want from people who have a job to serve service or care for you. They were awesome!!!

This is, by far, the best facility in Clarksville-Montgomery County to take our four-legged friends. The doctors and staff absolutely care about the owners of our friends and our friends as if they were our children. We have never been asked to have a test performed which we did not feel was necessary. If only our human doctors were to take as much care about us as these doctors do at Animal Hospital. After 25 years of supporting this facility, we cannot see ever moving from them. From the original Dr. Howard to the son, Dr. Howard and to Dr. Francher and Dr. Hill, these are true caring professionals. Our appreciation to the entire staff!!!
