I have NEVER had such a long drawn out HORRIBLE experience with any company EVER!!!! Every time I had to call them or go in there was a problem with something. They have hidden rules, like if you use a debit card you have to have a $500 hold and you can't rent the same day. They still owe me $1,200 for an over charge and I have fought tooth and nail to get it. It's been over 2 months now. I've spoken with multiple supervisors and spent many hours on hold all for them to assure me I will get my refund and it never appears. Their customer service is seriously lacking as well. Will never rent from them again nor will I ever tell anyone else to. I will actually bad mouth them to anyone that even wispers their name.

Worst Hertz location ever! It takes at least 1 hour with a reservation just to pull off in a vehicle. Every vehicle has to be cleaned out while you’re there waiting in the lobby. A total inconvenience! Even with them cleaning it while you’re there, the vehicle still appears to be very dirty and definitely not sanitized. No to mention the lady at the desk asked my son did he knock my infant daughter out because she was sleep and he was holding her headband. She then asked my 10 year old son to put my 11 month old daughter pink headband on his head. Totally inappropriate and humiliating. He’s a growing boy, that enjoys being a boy! Location should be shutdown right along with Wilma Rudolph location! I repeat RUNNNN from this location! I’ll continue driving to Nashville or Enterprise in Kentucky for now. Also don’t attempt to call their location for any reason, you won’t get an answer. Same issue with the 1-800 number.

Been going to this location frequently for rentals over the last couple weeks. Amazing customer service from the front desk, no hassle drop off and no random charges. As a frequent Hertz/Enterprise user, this is my favorite location so far! Not sure why the reviews seem to be leaning towards the negative, as my experience has always been great. Thanks Hertz for having great employees at this location!

This location is not worth the hassle. Needed to pick up a vehicle on Monday. Showed up at the place to pick up and they were closed. No email, text, call, nothing was sent to us to inform us that the location would be closed. Others showed up to get their vehicles only to discover the place is closed. Rescheduled for Wednesday, called three times after they had opened only to not get a hold of anyone. I had to call the corporate number to cancel the rental and get a full refund. This location is a waste of time and money, absolutely not worth the hassle. Shame too. If you need a rental, I highly recommend you seek elsewhere.

My company rented a vehicle for me through hertz. I was supposed to be getting a car but they gave me a box truck because it was all they had. The return location had a Height clearance of 8' 2" and the truck is 10' 6" tall. Called customer support multiple times and nobody picks up. Finally someone picked up and they were no help at all. This company is extremely unprofessional. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

Melpensa, ItalyElaina, was the most helpful representative of any rental company I have ever experienced.When we realized the car we had booked was too small to accommodate the luggage for 4 people, she help us find a more suitable car. She had us on the road in less than 15 minutes.We had 2 other couples traveling with us that booked through another agency. They were nearly 2 hours trying to get their car and finally gave up and booked with Hertz and Elaina had them out in no time.Cars were clean and in excellent condition.Can’t say enough good things about them.

My prebill 397 and at checkout it became 535 plus with a hold became 750. That's too much of a change.

Parking lot layout and location causes issues in knowing where to park when picking up or dropping off and then exiting the area.

Absolutely avoid this Hertz. The car they tried to pawn off on me reeked of smoke and the low fuel light was on. They’re response: you can try the Nashville airport. What a joke of a rental car agency. Save your time and money and find another rental car agency.

Everyone I encountered was knowledgable and attentive to details, and the company accidently over billed me, and instantly refunded the difference and sent a letter apologizing.
