“After leaving the Hopkinsville location after being treated like garbage, from the manager no less, I went to this location and I was treated with respect, they even took me back to the employees only area where the ducks were kept and the gentleman let me look at them for 5 minutes straight until I decided which ones I wanted. Great experience!! The Hopkinsville Manager Sandy needs to get retrained by real customer service professionals like the Wilma Store has.”
“We did a pickup order. Waited 15minutes after arriving and were pressed on time so sent the wife in while I waited with the boys in the truck. 15minutes later she comes back out with nothing saying she talked with one staff that said she wouldn’t page the guy who does the orders because he was busy even though there was a line waiting at the order counter for him. Finally we had to leave and she had to call to reschedule and then was put on hold for a while just to be told she would need a return call. I think this Lowe’s needs to higher some more help for sure! Way faster just to go in and buy your own stuff.”
“I go here pretty regularly. Great staff , usually have white I need and is very organized. I've never had an issue and I like their self-serve propane refill they have outside. The only thing I don't like is the way they sometime hover around you at the self check out, definitely makes me feel uncomfortable.”
“My reason for only giving it 4 stars is because some items are hard to find and they've been out of what I wanted a few times. Other than that, this particular Lowe's is a good store.”

“They did a great job on my deck. Stan is a people person and has great work ethics. The only thing that I didn't go for is that they did leave my fence item and my dogs had a few hours of adventure. Stan did apologize for it. LolDEFINITELY A RECOMMENDATION!!!!”
