I visited this place in the mall a few weeks ago with my daughter and they had some t-shirts on sale, so I bought her one and me one. Ibelieve I also bought her some cute little jewelry and little knickknacks. It's honestly one of the best stores for unique clothing and knickknacks, jewelry. The cashiers very informative and respectful.

We recently visited the hot topic in opry mills and was blown away with how nice the staff was, how nice and how helpful. When we visited this location we were disappointed. There were two women that we had encountered. One must have been a manager bc she wasn’t working a register and she seems extremely irritable with us asking any type of question. The other one, the cashier was clueless about everything we asked. She couldn’t explain anything to us and it being our first time using the cash coupon things, we were also clueless and could’ve used a lot more intel on how it all works. Our experience in opry mills was 1000x better which sucks bc we live in Clarksville.

Kala was amazing! I need to check my receipt. But she went above and beyond for my son. I love that bc I don't know crap about hello kitty. When my son changed his mind, she helped him find the best deal to make his gf happy. We need more people like her. She answered every question and informed him on alot! She knows her stuff. THANK YOU ANGEL!

Hit Topic has lost its grungy edge in favor of a more emo version of itself. Very few interesting items and zero nickle free hypoallergenic jewelry other than the surgical steel basic piercing items.
