First time I went here, was told my return was only going to be $80. Second year I return and I have the same employee who did my taxes the first time, a 20 year old kid… this time I somehow magically owe even tho I paid enough money back. After being told I owed almost $1000 I immediately went to 3 other tax places for second opinions, and each one said I was going to be getting 2,800.44, and yes each number was the exact same for each place I went to. So I will never be going back to Jackson hewiit. I do not recommend going there unless you’d like to have your money stolen. And a quick side note, the other 3 tax offices I went to, each employee who helped me each had over 20 years experience. A kid should not be in this field smh…

I’ve been coming here for the past few years and they’re always very friendly and get me in and out quickly! This year Omni helped me and she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, she made everything a breeze and answered all the questions I had! She gave my son pen and paper to draw with to keep him occupied! Definitely recommend coming here for tax help!
