The purchase of my vehicle was smooth from start to finish. I purchased the vehicle over the phone as I live 5 hours from Clarksville. My salesman had great communication, found answers to all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with.

My experiences with Caleb Payne have been amazing. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased through Caleb and I will not go through another salesman. He is friendly and knowledgeable, laid back and patient. I appreciate that Caleb allows me time to look through the vehicles with my wife without hovering over us, but is also right there when we have questions. He took the time to explain all of the different options and trim levels, giving what I feel is an honest and fair evaluation of them all. He could have easily pushed us towards higher and more expensive trim levels, but he let us tell him what we wanted and actually listened. That honesty and interaction has earned him and Serra Chevrolet my family's business.

I have bought many cars from all over the US (do to being military) and Caleb Payne made the car buying experience by far the easiest I have ever dealt with. He is very personable, reliable, and has extensive knowledge on all the vehicles we wanted to see. We settled on the trailblazer as it was perfect for our family. If I am ever stationed at Fort Campbell, he is the only salesman I would deal with and 100% trust!

I have bought two cars with Ms. Carlene’s help at Sierra Clarksville Cadillac (formerly James Corlew Chevrolet down by APSU). Literally, I trusted her with my daughter’s purchase! She is real, friendly, honest, and helpful. I love this lady!

Took my vehicle in, asked for several things to be done, one including checking my battery and charging system, they said it was fine. Come to find out it wasn't, Foreman and the tech both informed me that someone left key in and the ignition on all day, drained my battery completely, ended up having to come back the next day and had to purchase a new battery. Always double check what they say.

Johnny Farrar has a great disposition for the customer interaction, very pleasant to work with. Tony Grayer has customers best interest in the forefront, I appreciate his time.Jerry Nash did an outstanding job with the pile of paperwork required, great job explaining each and every one.

My car was towed in for repairs at the beginning of October. It was never communicated to me how backed up they were before my car arrived. So after some time, I called to check the status of my car and got told it was a big job that might take a while. So for a month straight I would call every other week to get an update and got told it “should be done Friday”. After hearing that a few times, I requested to see the GM. That was a waste of time because he acted like it was my fault and I should’ve known the wait was going to be this long. It is now Friday, December 8th and no car. He told me if they work hard I might get it by Christmas. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with service on my car. I pray for anyone using them in the future.

My husband and I had a great experience here! We had waited 6 hours in a Nashville dealership and gave up and called James Corlew to see if they had the vehicle we wanted, and they did! It was even the color and model we preferred over the other car in nashville. We raced over and started the process immediately with Mr, Johnny Farrar and we was absolutely wonderful! Didnt waste our time and we walked out of the dealership two hours later with the car we wanted! The dealer in Nashville couldnt get us in the top line model and gave us the run around on paperwork but james corlew was able to meet all our requests at a price that worked for us, no run around. They were also super helpful with the military appreciation program and saved us on taxes and document fees! They even stayed open late for us to finish the process! We HIGHLY recommend Mr. Johnny F as a salesperson! Thank you all so much and we love our 2024 Trax!

Cedric is a shady salesman. he answers his phone VERY aggressive "Who's this!?" after he texts you to contact him. (Red flag#1). Then the used truck I went to go see has a electronic brake lock issue and will not unlock the brakes not allowing it to be driven (Red Flag #2). Then, the next day, after contacting him to see if the issue was fixed, while AGAIN answering his phone aggressively "who's this!?" (should've been red flag #3), he goes on to say "It was just a break pad placed on backwards." Well, i went back and drove the truck and it was great while going slow but, when you got the RPM's above 3000, it ceased up again. That was officially red flag #3 for me. Never do business with people who talk to you as if you were a criminal and then straight up lie to you about a vehicle issue when I am about to drop $30k on something.I will never do business here.

Had a great experience with Josh first time buying a car with James Corlew I’ll definitely be back in the future. I bought a used jeep Josh came in on his day off to help me finish the sale and was extremely professional and all around a great guy.

Thank you Caleb, he was very informative in answering my questions. Not once did I feel pressured like I have in other dealerships. This was the best experience I’ve had at buying a vehicle which I completely love and I will make sure the next time I upgrade my Blazer again, I will be coming back.

Well I bring my car in for a brake squeal and exhaust leak. They tell me that my 23 traverses’ brake squeal is normal at 4k miles. I asked if they did anything to them to try and see if they might be able to make the squeal stop. They said they did not do anything. So technically they knew they weren’t going to do anything with my brakes and just tell me that was normal. I’ve had plenty of new vehicles and not one of them ever had brake squeal. Don’t think I’d be buying another Chevy if they can’t even get the brakes right.

My wife called to tell the dealership that we already had a diagnosis on the car and that we needed the purge valve replaced. I showed up for an appointment I had at 8:15 and waited to get in until 8:50. They said she didn’t say what was wrong just that we needed a diagnosis which was false. We looked up how much a purge valve replacement is on a 15 Chevy Traverse and they mostly say it’s around $249 parts and labor. When James Corley gave me the quote, they were asking $771….. I still had to pay $173 for a diagnostic which I found out the exact same answer from a FREE diagnostic at Auto Zone. I would definitely appreciate a refund but I don’t think anything like that would ever happen at this dealership. I’ll most likely never come back.

The salesman named Paul did an exceptional job selling us the car. He was very professional and most importantly he heard my needs and did his best to fulfill them without compromising his position at the establishment. Thank you Paul.
