No clear pricing or communication. I was upcharged on a service, not told about "add ons" and was never given price expectation upfront. I was the last customer out and I was told to pay in full before my hair was even finished. I was rushed out and didn't get a good chance to see my hair and realized I had spots and striping. I went in for a refund and the manager Angela decided to refund the entire cost but charge the "correct price with a discount" I wasn't satisfied and was blindsided! Why was I charged still?? This was not excluding tip, either! The salon could really use an update with outdated equipment and grainy, low quality product. Take your business elsewhere!

Incompetent is the only word I can think of that fits this location.Walked in at 2:30 today.Made appointment for 3:45.At 5:00 they say it will be another 45 min. Then they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Why would anyone in their right mind reschedule after waiting all afternoon??I have no reviews on the hair stylist at this location. Never made it that far after sitting there from 3:30 to 5.I Will never be back unless the front desk or management will pay me for my time lost.After I report to the BBB. I am going to find a lawyer to help my case. Jc penny’s owes me for their mistake and wasting my time and lord knows how many others time that walked out and never knew how stand for themselves.Someone has to stand up for consumer rights in this world of incompetence.

Don't ever go to Krista she is awful at cutting hair. She doesn't listen to your request she can't cut hair what do ever when she say you need a trim don't do it she will cut your top layer so high ontop of the bottom layer that it's unfixable in going to have to wear my hair up in a ponytail for 2 years to get the length back from the damage shes done. Also she doesn't know her colors nor know how to mix or blend bewear worst hair cut and color I ever had. She needs the top of her bun cut in a random spot that's how my hair looks now because of her. Worst hair styles ever. I only suggest like three professionals in there. But they are hardly there. Bewear.

I went to do my hair to remove the red with another color I live with the same hair color. Mi hair is very dry. I have the worst day of my life don’t go there. They are no professional the hairstyle supposed to be a master she don’t know what she was doing. I have a coupon for the salon and she say she cannot take it because she’s a master please a master and she don’t know how to remove a red. Another customer show up and she’ll leave me and take care another customer. I was there. almost 3 hours and she put color three time in my hair please a master I don’t think so.Service: Haircut

I was a walk-in customer was assigned to Ranza Connell. I wanted to go short and had a few pictures. She was patient and kind (I am disabled) and helpful. I wanted a short bob but have thick hair. She was AMAZING! She washed and cut my hair, blow dryed and straighten it and then meticulously finished the cut. She thinned and layered it to perfection. It is the best haircut I have ever had. I get nothing but compliments. Thank you Ranza for being so awesome!

Had appointment for haircut.. Arrived early. At appointment time, was told “she is ready for you” but I didn’t see my stylist. Front desk lady pointed to another stylist and said “oh she will be cutting your hair today because stylist S is running behind.” I don’t like the disrespectful way I was treated.
