Bunny lost her wedding ring and we arrived 20 minutes before closing and they showed us many rings and we just wanted to check out the place across the isle and they stayed for us 30 minutes after closing while we looked at the other store, we did go back and we ended up purchasing a rose gold natural diamond for 60% off the tag price. “The staff here is great. They always treat me reasonably, and will make a deal if they can when I'm purchasing something. Re: those reviews criticizing their low offers when selling to the shop - They're a business. Their job is to make money for the business. If you don't like what they're offering, sell it on Facebook or the swap meet. They give you the low, cash-in-hand price, then try to double their money. It's not a secret.”

“My wife and I came in to Clarksville Zales to get our rings inspected and cleaned however we didn’t have our paperwork with us. Due to the way our rings were bought it was challenging to find what was needed. Marianna was super kind and patient with us and customer service since she had to go through them to get our paperwork! She had an amazing attitude and never got annoyed or frustrated with us! Best customer service that was given to us and we didn’t even purchase anything.
