“I went into the store to get some medical bracelets engraved and sized. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store with a greeting and a smile. I was told that they should be ready around 12:30 and took my phone number to notify me when they were done. I received a call at 11:30 that they were ready. The staff is very friendly and listen to your needs. One last note, for Katrina P., get off of your high horse, the world does not revolve around you.”
