One checkout person. The prices aren't in the system. Had to stand in the long line twice because the system did wrong price on yarn.

they have more variety of fabric and supplies than any other place in town. sometimes when I'm sad and I just come in and walk around. really helps - highly suggest it ladies. I love their huge sales they have on fabric even on the super nice ones. my favorite is Lux - which they always have super great sales on. even if they don't have a sale on the fabric you want they have a coupon on the app you can use ;) only thing is some items that you'd think would be grouped together are on the other side of the store - that's not enough to take a star off though cause you could say that about any store (walmart I'm talking about you)).

WARNING...DINT BELIEVE THE PRICES LISTED ONLINE! So I looked online to see which store had Cricut Iron on rolls on sale and Joanns was the choice! I needed to purchase 2 white rolls and 1 neon roll and when I clicked the "shop in store" option, the website listed these rolls for $6.49 and $8.49. When I get to the store i find my items and when i get up to checkout I showed the prices and they were told over the walkie talkie that those were online prices only. Even though it didn't say online deal only, I stepped aside to order the items via "in store pickup" and it wouldn't let me add the neon roll because of limited availability (although I had the item in my hand). So I walked around and found an associate to see if they could help figure out how to order it online. He looked at my phone and said that they should be able to honor the prices because it doesn't say "online only" and there was no way to order the neon roll via in store pick up because they only had 2 left. So I walked back up to the register and the cashier says that the manager came across the walkie and said that the prices can't be honored. I was extremely frustrated because for one, I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me due to limited inventory. Two, because the deal listed on the website did not say ONLINE PRICE ONLY. Three, because it's absolutely ridiculous to charge a customer MORE MONEY because they are in the store doing their own shopping but charge them LESS MONEY to create an online instore pick up order where an associate has to do the shopping for me! Extremely disappointed in this policy and very disappointed that the Manger could communicate not once, not twice but three times to their associates over a walkie talkie but couldn't come up and talk to a customer about a very frustrating situation. There was an "instore deal" going on that if you buy 3 rolls you get one free so I ended getting 4 rolls and had to pay $48 when I should have been able to purchase the 3 rolls I needed for $22 per the price listed on the website. Next time I'm going to Hobby Lobby or Michaels!

Joann's has a wide selection of craft items, including but not limited to sewing supplies and fabric, jewelry making supplies and beads, paints, wood cutouts, yarn, silk flowers, and many other craft supplies. They also sell some ready made items, such as furniture, frames, etc. Most of the aisles are big enough for a cart, a walker, or a wheelchair to easily move around in. Some of their prices are great while others seem quite high. However they have frequent sales, which makes the higher priced objects more manageable. You just need to be on the lookout. I enjoy shopping at Joann's, and I hope you do as well!

My wife purchased Gingher shears at the Clarksville store. After returning home and opening the package we discovered that there was a small nick in the blade and they would not cut past it. The store was contacted and refused to accept return due to the package being opened. How are you to know if they are damaged if you don't open them...The manager was rude will not be back. My wife and daughter in law spent well over $400. there.

Dear HUSQVARNA, Pat the Manager ..... I am absolutely disgusted with your team and Your BUSINESS Practices Talk about being DISHONEST!!!!!! I am so angry I could SPIT NAILS, My mom is using my machine to do some work, it needed to be serviced (annual Maintenance) covered by service agreement that I PURCHASED!!!!!! and they are REFUSING to work on MY machine and are holding it hostage, they will not send it out for service until I come from across the country to tell them in person to send it out, and personally pick it up when it's done weeks later. They are extorting, hundreds of dollars from my mother, for a service that I HAVE PAYED FOR!!! Because she needs the machine back, before I can get there the next month in a half. Corporate Husqvarna, agreed to email me three days ago a resolution for this problem and they have failed to do so! Forcing my mother to spend money she does not have. This is Criminal and this will be filing with the BBB.Sadly a VERY Unhappy HUSQVARNA Owner.

I went to look at the new ditto and talk to Pat at the Husqvarna area about the new ditto patternmaker. Pat is extremely knowledgeable about the workings and what comes with and without for those questions that can add extra cost. I am so happy cause tomorrow the ditto patternmaker will be on display. Great store, great ladies like Ms. Kirby at the cutting counter or cashiering. Everyone is fabulous. So may joanns, but this is my favorite store because of the employee.

I do not appreciate your worker Payton not asking for my number when checking out. When I asked her to take my phone number, she acted like she was keying in the number as I was giving it to her she lied to me and said that she took the number but she used keyboard shortcuts. She did not ask if I was a veteran also. I do not appreciate my time being wasted and also not getting my correct discounts. They did not offer anything for my inconvenience I had to ask. She also said that my number didn’t count towards anything when being keyed in. Terri (store manager) did not want to help me. Lyne thank you (the only one with common sense.)
