I had such a GREAT experience while shopping!The sales person Diane was so helpful! I have a server hearing problem,and she made sure to speak loud enough and look directly at me to make sure I could understand her.And thanks to her it made my shopping very easy and enjoyable!

Bought and paid for a wedding band. It had to be special ordered. Came in today to pick it up and they tried to charge us another $200 claiming since it didn't arrive during their sale we couldn't have it for the sale price. Again we had already paid for the item. The old bait and switch tactics won't work on me. -10/10 don't waste your time or money here.

I have been calling for 2 days with no answer. I got an email saying my ring was back from being resized. So I’m trying to get ahold of someone to see if it’s there so I can pick it up. The number I have been calling is the one on the website but nobody can answer.

If I could’ve gave zero I would have, I was trying to get some diamonds fixed that had fallen out of a ring I got from there and the lady that helped me seen I was young and judged me immediately and treated me like I couldn’t afford anything in the store. Rude. Rude. Rude. And I won’t ever go back.

I would like to recognize the outstanding and exemplary service I received from Kim. I was getting a men’s bracelet for my son for Christmas and she took the time to answer my questions throughly and completely and provided excellent customer service and knowledge of the product. She was very courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction with my purchase. I was extremely delighted in what I had gotten my son that I returned the following day. I sought out Kim again and this time purchased a different color bracelet for myself and her professionalism was as exceptional as the day before. She is a very knowledgeable person on her products and is highly professional and always goes out of her way to explain everything about the purchase and to ensure the customer is completely satisfied in the decision they have made. She is an asset to this store and is a very warm and pleasant person who is very approachable, knowledgeable and always has a smile and warm greeting for every customer that she assists. I will always come to see her for any future purchases.

Ms. Amber did a wonderful job with helping me get my husband's ring ordered today. She was very professional, kind, and patient. Even in my husband and I's past experiences, the staff have been so lovely and accommodating. Ms. Chong also helped us in getting our wedding bands, and she was an absolute delight. I would give more than five stars if I could!

Ms. Chong is an absolute angel! She helped us get our wedding bands and got an engagement ring repaired with no problem. She also let us pick out what we wanted and called when they went on sale. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable about jewelry. Don’t forget when you get insurance you have to bring the jewelry in every 6 months for inspection. We didn’t know that a while back but she still sent a ring for repair in which a small Diamond fell out. Thank you for taking some of the stress out of this wedding!

It is incredibly difficult to get in contact with anyone about my order. I ordered a family ring at the beginning of December, I caught an error in the order before leaving the mall, I went back and was told that they would make a call to make sure it was corrected and they would call me back. I was never called. I contacted the order directly to find out the correction was never made. Sure enough my righ arrived wrong. I was then told that they would put in my correct order that day that I had gone to pick it up and they would expedite it, that was a week before Christmas. I called the end of December and was not able to get in touch with anyone. Kept calling for a few days and was able to get a hold of someone the 2nd of January. To be told they wanted to “confirm” what they ordered me and that it would be two weeks. They said the holidays make it difficult for orders. I have been calling over and over for the past few days and not able to get a hold of anyone for assistance. No one has contacted me about my ring. At this point it has been over a month and a half for a ring that should have been corrected from the day of ordering. It wouldn’t be so terrible if I was able to get in touch with someone and if they had actually done what they said they would do with expediting and calling me to follow up like I was told would happen.
