I build up Kroger fuel points earned by buying groceries at Kroger. I actually cashed in $2.10 discount/gallon from saving 2100 fuel points and it cost me 59.9 cents per gallon to fill the gas tank on my truck. It cost a little over $11 for right at 19 gallons of gas. Not bad!

Usually not busy, consistently low gas prices, and of course the convenient fuel points for more discounts.

The attendance are always friendly! The pumps are always active. The tire air is working & available. The squeegees are always there and nice soap to clean my windshield.Great Kroger discount too.

Always have the fuel available, lower prices for the area and, I'm able to use all those rewards I have to get money off per gallon.

This place is THE PITS. I realize they have staffing shortages but today was unacceptable. First and foremost, two of my eggs are broken. That alone has me beyond furious. I'm not willing to drive all the way back over there with it raining and my evening plans. Second, they made us wait over 45 minutes in the parking bring the groceries out to us - 15 minutes beyond our 30 minute window. No one called or texted to say that there was a delay in pickups and that our 30 minute window would be closer to an hour! We had ordered pickup and when we asked one of the pickup employees in the parking lot where our order was after our 30 minute window was almost shut, we were told, "It's not ready and I don't know when it will be ready." How's that for customer service.I've got a Publix closer to me. While they may cost more in groceries, they cost less in crappy service, broken eggs and my time sitting in the parking lot. I can't say I won't shop here again (Clarksville is dismal when it comes to grocery store options), but I won't order online for pickup from here again. Like my sister said to me, "Publix will always give you items whereas Kroger is almost always out of at least 2 or 3 of them - and at Publix, you don't have the chaos you have at Kroger." She's right.

Got fuel, then went to put air in the tires ? Employee turned it on....it was putting air in very slowly... And it kept "erroring" .I told the employee ( don't know his name) and he said "oh, yeah.. we know it's not working".Why the hell did they even turn it on, why couldn't they put an out of order sign.

If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. I believe it's been everybody and their card that we try to use to save either 5 cents or 10 cents depending that week. They're advertising you cannot get it so I'm gonna rest it at that point I spend a lot of money on my Walmart card. Let it be noted I am going back to Krogers. They advertise honestly
