This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacy technician Megan is very rude, and she treats the customers like they are simpletons. She has also given out incorrect information on multiple visits. If it wasn't for the location I would not use this pharmacy. Kroger really needs to step up their hiring of qualified employees.

I never had issues with this pharmacy until recently. I had a prescription for an antibiotic filled this week. The next day I got a call that there had been a possible mix up and sure enough I had one wrong tablet. They were quick to resolve the issue and replace it with the correct one but still a bit concerning. Today I went to the drive through to pick up a prescription for my son and I was told "That's just liquid Zyrtec. You can get it over the counter. I don't think we even have that in stock right now and if we did you'd have to pay cash anyway." Very rude and condescending attitude. I will be switching pharmacies after these two incidents.

Extremely terrible pharmacy. Every encounter here has been nothing but awful. The pharmacist is rude even when you ask for a simple request, refuses to give you care and customer service is not a concern at all. I had filled all my medications with kroger for 5 years until I moved to Clarksville, thinking it'd be the same great experience and it hasn't been. I switched pharmacies yesterday after tolerating disrespect for the last time. This business is going downhill fast and should be closed. The pharmacy employees need to be investigated, cleaned out and upheld to better standards. Extremely disgusted with how I was treated.

Do not let this pharmacy fill your medications. Shelby refused to follow my doctors order to give me my diabetes injection and my glucose monitor. She said that the injection was a "controlled stubtance" which it absolutely IS NOT!! I called 3 other pharmacists to verify. I got my prescription filled with no issues at walgreens. This girl is young and has no clue what she's doing. Stay clear!!

Well, I understand why this pharmacy has a 2.5 rating. A staff of lazy and unhelpful. Needed a prescription transferred, was there when they opened. Was from out of town traveling. Called another and took them 5 minutes.

The other reviews are accurate, this is the worst Kroger in the chain. To highlight their deplorable service, Ryan, in the pharmacy fabricated medical information, misinformed customers related to Kroger corporate policy, and denied a patient in-need of medicine.I am in Clarksville for temporary work assignment that was unexpectedly extended. I did not pack enough syringes for my twice-weekly intramuscular medication to cover the prolonged assignnement. Since Kroger fills 8 prescriptions for me on a monthly basis, I expected no problems purchasing a couple syringes.Ryan proceeded to tell me he would not sell me syringes because this location did not fill the prescription. Furthermore he explained that there are "thirty to forty other pharmacies" in Clarksville who should be happy to help me. Ryan's sarcastic, demeaning, unprofessional, and medically-liable behavior should be elevated and investigated. I suspect his indignation and flippant attitude may have been the result of unreturned personal advances.

Last four trips to this pharmacy have been dismal. Prescriptions fulfillment is a mixed bag: They are happy to do roll over/automatic prescriptions, provided there are no changes where they have to check what comes in from off site. New prescriptions are another matter: common medicines are not available. My child was left without anyibiotics, after stinging us along twice when we checked to see if they were finished. I asked the young woman who checked us out and she blatant told me that it is my right to go elsewhere. This is their new business model apparently.

Did a Kroger pickup today. Waited almost an hour for them to bring me my order. They did not mention or talk to me about ANY substitutions. Most of them will work, two are terrible. Pictured is my substitute for grape Gatorade zero. Cucumber lime, first of all that sounds disgusting secondly when I got it out my the bag this is what it looks like. Why is one of them empty? Looks like the lid was popped of since the seal isn’t broken but the tiny amount of Gatorade left inside has stuff floating in it! I was told to get a flavor swap I would have to drive back there, ok I get that but come on look at this! How do they not check what they put in bags and who would do this! Makes me worry about what else I am going to find as I put my groceries away.

Purposely didnt fill my Rx because I don't have insurance any more, never even entertained the thought that I may have alternative means of discounting the meds or that I may be paying out of pocket. Just straight up didn't even bother.

While we sat and waited much longer for our prescription then we were told we listened to how horribly the customers were spoken to. Our turn was no different, treated as though they were doing us a favor. They can't be bothered to help and talk down to you in the worst way. Pharmacy employees may be overworked but that shouldn't stop them from just being human and treating others as they would like to be treated.

Professional and customer care skills need a lot of improvement. I feel that this pharmacy has lost the importance of customer care. When valued customers are no longer valued they will take their business elsewhere. My wife and I are seriously considering changing pharmacies if there is no improvement.

Only gets one star because I can't leave zero. Was told a prescription would be ready at 12:30. I arrive at 6:30. It's not ready. 30 more minutes, I come back at 7 and they tell me either 25 more minutes or Monday. Absolutely unacceptable
