I stopped by to get a money around 545-6pm on 3/28 and the lady said she couldnt help me because she was going home and her associate was on break. I’ve worked in customer service for years and we all know breaks are done before people have to clock out or a manager steps in. Money center is supposed to
Be open during certain hours. Also associate who was leaving was talking to a couple bur couldn’t help me . Super frustrating. Do better Kroger.

Beware of the dairy section! Multiple times (3+) now I’ve bought dairy products, (cheese and milk, various brands/items) to arrive home and open them and they smell spoiled. I’ve even tried to use them thinking my nose was off but was faced with stomach issues after the fact. Then when I try to return them, their customer service center is always closed, so I end up returning at the other store across town. Disgusting and dangerous for this to happen so many times. This is the most convenient location for me but I skip it as often as I can because of how unreliable their products are. If they have had this issue with a whole product selection for months/year+ why would I feel comfortable purchasing other items here?

I literally could not use my gift cards waited and tried over and over for 30 minutes just for the attendant to be pissed because I told him it's not my card it's his system not working and asked to be checked out at a regular register instead he just walks away and talks under his breath. Don't even try to talk to management because they just ignore you

I was looking for a specific water that I liked and assumed they were out of stock except they had plenty but had not been put in the correct spot. I could find no one to help.I asked the lady in bakery could she call for an associate and no one ever came. I had to walk to front of store to ask another person and they called but no one ever came. Smh! Waited a good 15/20minutes. Just got whatever water I could and left. The Associates at this store is not attentive to their customers at all.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! And this was from a Manager!! We asked someone about a price of a meat product that was not marked. It was in The warmer bin. She pointed to the top of the warmer bin and said it’s $5. We didn’t even see that price until she pointed it out. Once we got home we saw that we had been charged $11.99. So we called. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude but put us through to a manager who was unbelievably rude! He told us that it didn’t matter where it was it wasn’t that price. So we said that was totally on Kroger's and he said no it wasn’t. We told him we would be putting a bad review and his very smart alec response was….”I look forward to it.”
We have contacted corporate about his attitude.
We will be taking our business to the Wilma Rudolph location and hope that the employees have been taught much better customer service. If not we will leave Kroger's altogether.

I went into krogers on Madison St with my duffle bag and let one of the staff know and she tells me to put it in a common walk area and she would watch it.
I knew that was a lousy idea. I had to leave the store.
I told her if it was hers she would understand and walmart never gives me a hard time.
I don't have any situations in my life for them to refuse me. I use to carry a backpack in there all the time.

Shopped today and I’m angry .we spent about $300.00 ( again ) , I asked for $ 50.00 back in cash when cashing out ( using my debit card ) and they charged me $ .75 to give me cash . 75cents . What an insult . They never charged that before . For a cashier to take $ 50.00 from the cash draw ,hand it to the customer and charge 75 cents . On top of that I bagged half of my own groceries. I have been a good customer for years but no any more . Sometimes it’s the little things that sink a boat . Shame on you !

I have been shopping at this location for yrs. The staff is very nice and helpful, my only issue is they need to employ more cashiers and have a customer service desks that stays open.

This kroger store is okay BUT the pharmacy and staff are brutally bad. Anytime I had to use them ( I wised up and quit using them) it's ALWAYS something. I've used kroger pharmacy all my life but this particular locations pharmacy staff Is really bad. I haven't had any issues since switching pharmacy's

I. Bought a 10$ bowl of watermelon today that was soured. I took this to church! Watch the fresh fruit, they're terrible with it!
