Every time I come here to this location it’s a problem. Every single time. I really wish Clarksville had better options. I gave two stars bc the girl at the front desk is really very sweet and bubbly but everyone else has an attitude and that’s crazy bc drawing blood you should have a better attitude and “bedside” manner. The First Lady who usually does a great job used a butterfly and still couldn’t get any blood then the second chick who had an attitude from the time I walked in came in yanking my arm around and used a regular sized needle. What sense did that make? I absolutely won’t be back to any providers in Clarksville. I will drive to Nashville before I do any other medical stuff in this city. My arm is sore af so thank you LabCorp.

I have to come here monthly for blood draws. Coming from somebody who has a needle phobia and cannot stand to even think about them, this place is the ONLY place I will get labs done. I will not even let my doctor do them- I drive 35 minutes here instead. They are so patient with my needle phobia even when they are very busy. (Which they usually are so make appointments.) They are so calm and respectful of me. I will recommend this place forever and I am so grateful for their employees here.

I feel like this place has a lot of bad reviews but in my experience it was quick and easy. If you make an appointment during the appropriate times you will get in and right out. My technician was really nice. It wasn't to busy when I went but I would bring a mask just in case it is busy, chairs are right next to each other. Overall good place to come in my opinion. I was there for employee drug testing.

I have been to this location twice at two different times, for two different things regarding my close family members. They were AMAZING! Easy to schedule online, easy check-in. I am not sure what all the negativity is surrounding this place but I want to always make sure to highlight when a service is done very well. Thank you to Holly on our last visit in particular who made sure my elderly aunt was taken care of.

Took my husband for labs today only to find they are working by appointment only They could have told me Friday when they answered my email to see if they had his requisition this was a waste of time

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. After multiple attempts to get someone on the phone, driving to the location to attempt to find out when I could have lab work done, this location is the absolute worst. There is zero customer service on their part. We left voicemails and attempted to call several times without any correspondence just to confirm availability for lab draw.
When I arrived at 0800, multiple people were there waiting as walk ins. The stuff advised they “ are short staffed” and it would be by appointment only.
When asked about not being able to answer the phone for over a week and explain this, the response was “sorry, we are short staffed.”
When asking about specifics regarding the lab work needed, the staff advised they didn’t know when 2 part lab draw needed to be scheduled and were unsure on how far apart they could be drawn.
Multiple people turned away after this experience today! What a shame.

This company disregards their clients time spent to travel there. They lack consideration of their clients. They post business hours that they do not abide by. I took off of work to come and get labs done their business hours polls close at 12 PM. I arrived at 11:40 and was turned away and did not service although there were clients remaining in the lobby. Bad business. we expect better .not acceptable.

I arrived right before 1 when they reopened from lunch break. I was in and out. Eugene was AWESOME! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Thank you, Eugene, for helping my visit go smoothly.
