WORST Lowe's I've ever dealt with!! I ordered a washer/dryer with delivery and installation and the delivery service refused to install either unit because of the built in laundry cubby/shelf/cabinet I have in my laundry room. While they were allowed to install stacked units, they said it was a liability to install stacked units in a cubby system. I called Lowe's MULTIPLE times to see if there was an alternative method they could offer and they said I had to hire a contractor to install it. I did not get a refund, nor would they cover the contractor fees.
Around this same time I also had to buy carpet from Lowe's. I went in sometime between 12-2pm on a weekday and found carpet I needed. After waiting approximately 45 minutes and having requested an associate 3 times, I gave up and left. The only associates I could find were at the registers, they informed me that the rest of the store associates were in their weekly midday meeting... at peak hours?? The intercoms were going off nonstop this entire time without anyone to assist customers in any department except at checkout.
Fast forward a couple weeks, the brand new dryer stops working and Lowe's won't send out a tech, despite the warranty, because it's been greater than 48 hours in my possession. WORST Lowe's ever

We did a pickup order. Waited 15minutes after arriving and were pressed on time so sent the wife in while I waited with the boys in the truck. 15minutes later she comes back out with nothing saying she talked with one staff that said she wouldn’t page the guy who does the orders because he was busy even though there was a line waiting at the order counter for him. Finally we had to leave and she had to call to reschedule and then was put on hold for a while just to be told she would need a return call. I think this Lowe’s needs to higher some more help for sure! Way faster just to go in and buy your own stuff.

Not happy with Lowes return policy. Not sure if this was a recent change or just an oversight on my part. But we are remodeling a home and purchasing things as our pocketbook allows. We purchased bathroom faucets in July 2024 and got ready to install them in November 2024 only to realize that they were not going to work. Attempted to return them WITH our receipt and they would not refund or give in store credit. Now I’m stuck with brand new faucets that I cannot use. Never been an issue with returning items in the past
*** update***. Called the number provided, representative said nothing can be done. I am still not satisfied but it is what it is, and moving on

Lowes is like Target to Walmart when it comes to the big hardware stores. This location is always highly stocked and all employees are very pleasant, they go out of their way to assist you in the need of assistance. This location is very clean and organized. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is due to the locations on their app not matching what's in the store. The item I visited for was literally on the other side of the store, I spent an additional 20 minutes just trying to locate it. Other than that highly recommend this location and to Lowes please update your app.

I tried ordering blinds from this Lowe’s only to have them come in the wrong size both times due to lack of training for the gentleman in the department. Both times the measurements ended up coming in wrong due to silly mistake the employee made while entering in the measurements. Better training would have helped the employee not make the mistake and I would have had blinds in my new home months ago.

plexiglass cutting station is apparently out of order. I had to buy more tools to try and cut a large sheet myself. the sheet ended up shattering. $100 down the drain for the sheet. 250 for the tool that didn't work and shattered it all. I've also been attempting to obtain some landscape lighting here and they never have had what I need to get the job done. Lowes was a long time favorite for me but lately they have let me down time after time - but now, they are costing me money with their shortfalls.

Jst spnt another 1:38 mins on hold trying find out if I could buy a door closer at ths facility. 1:38 mins??!! And the whole time the digital recording kept saying " we are working to answer your call" whch is "Bogus" twice in two weeks? Really!? You hv really got to do better!
