“The most amazing service ever! Diligent and clear communicating ended with the best mattress and bed for me. Kevin was outstanding and helpful I couldn't have done it without him.”
“I had a very good experience at mattressfirm! I walked in and let Isaiah know what I was looking for and he was able to make a recommendation that not only fit my needs but also one that was priced lower than I thought it would be. I am very satisfied. Thank you!”
“We recently went shopping here to find furniture for my son's first apartment, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience!
Customer Service: The lady salesperson who assisted us was wonderfully kind and completely professional. She made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.
While the selection isn't quite as massive as some of the mega-stores, they carry really nice, high-quality pieces that are surprisingly affordable. It was the ideal spot to find great items without breaking the bank. The showroom itself was very clean, neat, and well-organized, making it easy to browse through everything. They also offer local town delivery for a very reasonable price, which made getting everything to the new apartment a breeze. Do keep in mind that parking can be a bit limited depending on how busy they are, but it's a minor hurdle for such a great shopping trip.
Overall, a hidden gem for anyone setting up a new home or looking for good value pieces. Highly recommend!”
“Jared was AMAZING. I came in with shoulder and neck pain and and I told him I had a certain number, he found the perfect mattress and when it came time for load up I couldn’t have done it without him. Matter of fact I didn’t even have to do anything. He was a 10/10.”
“Rico was my delivery guy for my Ashley Furniture set! He arrived on time, brought the pieces in and set them up quickly. He was kind and made sure we were satisfied with our delivery before leaving! Definitely recommend Ashley Furniture and Furniture Connection in Clarksville if you are looking for great customer service and beautiful furniture!”
“Everything went smoothly buying a recliner there, my husband was satisfied with his new chair, and I was satisfied with service and staff, at the Ft Campbell Blvd store, good job!”
“I have purchased three mattress from Greg and Casey and it’s been a wonderful experience!!! I have fibromyalgia and the comfortable mattress I purchased for my bed has made this chronic illness so much easier to go asleep. You can’t go wrong by going to see Casey at Mattress by Appointment. You will not regret it !!! Thanks Casey and Greg :)”
“We came to the store to look and try a memory foam bed and initially had sticker shock of the high-end mattresses up front of store. I know shopping online showed the one we wanted which was very reasonable and it was in stock. We did find a better version and are happy with that decision. Caleb knew all the products very well and was very helpful.”
“Bought my seven year old a mattress… he’s been walking around with his new shark pillow since he got it! Lol.
Will definitely be back when the time is right to get the mattress I liked for myself. Thank you!”
“I went in looking for a mattress and my sales person Stephanie Kennedy was amazing! She was so very helpful & patient! I left with purchasing a mattress & a beautiful recliner!”
“Was visiting family out here and wanted to get them a dining set that would fit in their space, specifically w a table that had rounded corners so little ones don’t run into the pointy edges! Found the perfect mid century modern vibe dining set. Priced reasonable and offered delivery services. Was equally impressed w Denise Turner the salesperson. Greeted us kindly upon entry, directed us to the area of the store we needed and did not bother or “ over sale”. Good to have a neighborhood contact in the perfect place for future needs. Highly recommend 👍 10/10”
“5 stars across the board!
Knowledgeable staff, great prices, and some of the most personable service you’ll find in Hopkinsville. Baldwin’s Appliance makes the whole process easy and stress‑free. Highly recommend.”
“Larissa at the Clarksville Sleep Number store was awesome. She explained everything about the beds and answered all of our questions. She wasn't pushy and gave us time to try out the beds and make our own decision. She also gave us good advice on how to use the bed and how to easily put the fitted sheets on our split king mattress. Sleep Number is very fortunate to have her as an employee.”
“Had to come in to the store to fill out insurance paperwork after a house fire. Even though we were from out of town, Laura was a rockstar and made an already difficult situation a little easier to bare. Thank you to Laura and staff for helping us on the road to recovery! You are all awesome.”
