Employees are always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and tidy. Many customers find products easy to find for any kind of craft and appreciate the decent art supply section. Some wish the store was bigger or had more items available for pickup, and a few curbside items were not in great condition. Nevertheless, staff remain super nice, clearance items are well marked, and Halloween decor was fun. Overall, Michaels provides better supply's with more choices than other craft stores in Clarksville.

I went in for certains items, asked Clarissa to help and she did! Found a few more items and escaped spending a little than I planned but cool items nevertheless! Went again today. The young ladies, today were both great at assisting me find what I was looking for!

I'm not your average art and craft store customer but my wife is. The store is clean and well stocked but the employees is the real prize. They'll go way out of there way to find an item that isn't in sight but in stock. Great staff
