They replaced brakes and rotors all around and shocks and struts all around. Had me in and out in about 2 hours. Great job, great crew, great service. 😃

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Midas location, spending thousands on repairs and maintenance. Initially, the service was outstanding, with knowledgeable staff, excellent communication, and quality work. Even as the team changed, I still had good experiences, though pricing started to feel inflated. (using the most expensive version of parts they could etc.)
However, my most recent visit was beyond frustrating. My car was brought in on a Friday evening due to flashing dashboard lights. By 2 PM Saturday, I still hadn’t received an update, so I had to call them myself. I was reassured it would be ready that day.
By 5 PM, still no call, so I called again. No answer. I called at 5:30 and was put on hold for ten minutes. Finally, as my friend was driving me to the shop minutes before they close. I called a third time, and only then was I told, "We were just about to call you."
The delays continued into Monday with zero proactive communication. I had to call again in the late afternoon only to be told they needed my car for another day. By Tuesday, after yet another call from me, it was finally ready. I understand being short-staffed due to unforeseen circumstances, but that does not excuse the complete lack of communication.
As a single mother with one car and a full-time job, I rely on timely updates so I can plan accordingly. The complete disregard for customer communication, especially from a long-time customer, is unacceptable. Something seems really sketchy with how this shop is run, plus the constant overturn of staff is concerning. I won’t be returning.

Big big shout out to Jerrold and his team!! I took my vehicle in for an overall inspection and they found a few safety issues. Jerrold offered all financing options, and guaranteed the work to be complete by end of day, all while he seemed to be managing the phones, front office and other customer needs. My work was done and I am completely satisfied!! I will definitely be there again!

I came in for a diagnostic of an exhaust leak upon getting an oil change at valvoline. There experienced staff noticed a knocking rod and lifter in my motor. They explained the details and helped me move accordingly to getting my car repaired. This is more than a trust worthy staff here at MIDAS , thank you all for your help.
