“All right let me just say I'm not talking about the entire store I'm talking about the pharmacy. When someone is sick in your family need a prescription and you're not feeling so well yourself, you're very happy when your pharmacist not only has your prescription but is sympathetic to your condition. I posted two pictures of a letter sent to us after we had received a prescription and gone home never to think about it again. They sent us a customer thank you. I have to ask you who has a pharmacy that has done that for you lately? Therefore I want to thank everyone there at the Walmart pharmacy on Wilma Rudolph. You are not the pharmacy closest to me I get most of my prescriptions on post. But if I have to go off post believe me I'm not going to forget how courteous, kind, and thorough your pharmacy handled my prescription.”
“Since the pandemic took over, I'm really grateful for the opportunity to order online my groceries for pick-up. The folks at this Food Lion location are pretty awesome! They do my shopping for me; they usually have what I need in stock, and they make appropriate substitutions when necessary. Added bonus, they're frequently done shopping early, so I can retrieve my order before my pick-up window. (WFH has its perks!) Second added bonus, they're just a short drive from home. Now, if they'd only come to the house to UNLOAD the groceries! (insert huge sigh here)”
“Large supermarket. Great selection of fresh produce and meats. Large parking lot. Gas station has good prices. Large selection of home goods. Clothes, electronics. If they don't have it you don't need it.”
“Been going to this location regularly, for a couple years now. I go on weekday mornings & mostly everyone I come across is friendly, or at least polite. The weekday mornings are great because the shelves are getting stocked and pretty much all items are available. The people who stock the shelves are nice and move out of your way if they see you need to get by. I've used the pharmacy here for the past couple years as well and they always are great, too.”

“Walmart Associates at Tiny Town Road are exceptional in awareness of assisting customers upon inquiry as to where items are located. Technology is utilized to locate the item. The store is clean and well organized and the associates greet you as you leave during check out. They do not avoid you. Great customer service is the key to loss prevention as well as preferred and returning customers. A pleasant shopping experience is equal to a happy shopper.”
