New Age Flooring was quick to get me in after a subfloor repair with a same day walk through/estimate. I had a tight timeline and New Age Flooring was able to make it happen. Luckily this is not strictly a finished flooring company, as I needed several new patches of plywood in my subfloor due mold rotting the wood. The guys doing the flooring install went right into cutting out the damaged wood and replacing it with fresh wood. As for the laminate we had installed, it is MUCH better than what our home originally came with. The floor is almost seamless with no gaps in between the planks. The transitions are sleek and the the guys did an awesome job cutting the floor in around doorways and other corners. I don’t think you can go wrong with this company as they do EVERYTHING and not just lay down floors and stop when things aren’t going as planned. I will be using them for our deck restoration after the solid work they did on my floor!

Charlie and New Age did a very large fence for me in May. He was very upfront, honest about the scope of work and my options and stuck to his estimate even after a few months when I was ready for the work to be done. The quality of the work was way above my expectations, done in a timely manner with zero issues for my tenants or myself. Thank you Charlie and New Age!-Kyle FairbankServices: Wood fence installation

Charlie Mills and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! He was responsive, professional and communicative! Fence installations can be stressful at any time but we reside over 1,000 miles away and Charlie made sure to keep me up to date on the process from start to finish. He gave his professional opinion to ensure we were doing exactly what we needed for our backyard to be enclosed! In the end the fence turned out amazing and Charlie sent me pictures along the way to make sure i knew what was going on! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good quality fence without breaking the bank! I will definitely be using them! I'm so happy with how it turned out and I cannot wait to enjoy it everyday.Service: Fence installation

Brandon and his team did a great job with the remodel of our basement. They were able to complete the entire remodel start to finish to include requested custom work. What I like most about them was they were fair and honest in their quote -- and what they quoted was the price we paid when the work was completed. Brandon did an excellent job to keep this project on track even thru the holiday season. The project took close to 3 months to complete -- with no cost overruns! Some of the work New Age did included: installation of a full bathroom, adding of a wet bar and sink, construction of custom bourbon wall, granite installation, HVAC modifications, drop ceiling, lighting, floor installation, room addition, carpet installation, safe removal of a couple of walls, and of course framing, finishing and paint of all areas. All the people Brandon had working in our house were exceptionally polite and professional. They cleaned up everyday and ensure the place was spotless when they were finished. We are extremely happy with New Age, Brandon and the work his employees performed. Give them a call -- you will be happy you did.Services: Install flooring

This was the most stressful experience we have ever dealt with. We had a bathroom remodel - it started in May of 2022...and it was just finished... in February 2023. Just one bathroom...and it was an estimated 6-10 weeks, 20-25k (that's the overall total we were given - depended upon the class of finishing we chose and what we bought ourselves versus what we had them buy and store.) A horrible tile job and incompatible bath faucet led to our bathroom being completed and demo'd 3 times before getting it right, and us having to choose a different style of faucet altogether because no one in the beginning thought it a good idea to clear the plans with the owner to make sure what we were wanting would work. In the beginning and throughout, we bought some items and stored at our home, (our floor tile, vanity, sink, faucet, etc) to help with the overall total we would owe the company. Before the *redo* started from the poor tile and leak, we had paid roughly 21k to New Age, and quite frankly felt that should have been the total seeing as to how we had bought and stored things ourselves as well....and they had basically moved into our home for around 8 months, leaving us in a construction zone and with a giant hole in our ceiling. Not to mention their communication was horrible - we were the ones reaching out trying to figure out if & when someone would be coming to work each day. It was infuriating. Yet - when they were FINALLY done - the owner had no problem reaching out to let us know that we owed nothing for the redos and that our final amount owed was around $11,000....$11k on top of the $21k and the absolute mess we had been put through. We explained that wasn't happening because we had already reached the estimate and this experience was not a good one. He so graciously did some math and sent us a new invoice for $4k...which put us at the top of the original estimate. Again, we had purchased pieces and stored them ourselves - we should not have reached that max amount with them. We paid this, not because we agreed, but because we wanted to just be done with them. This experience was overwhelming, stressful, and just not one I'd reccomended for anyone. The owners main concern was getting that check...we waited almost a year for a working bathroom but he could barely wait a week for a check they shouldn't be getting in the first place. Don't let them say they are "under new management and trying to make things better"...we had the new management, they still have some major work to do on themselves. We don't reccomend them- but if you have no other choice, then just make sure Dave is on your project. The reason for 2 stars, instead of 1, is because, in the end, we did get a finished bathroom. ?Services: Tile work installation

This place is absolutely horrible! I recently moved to Clarksville, and was looking for a place to get some remodeling done. First, they didn't even show up to the appointment, and when I called them no one answered. So, I called them the next day and asked them what happened, and they said they were sorry. They sent someone out and explained to the guy what I wanted done and he said it would be a few days to get a quote, I waited a whole week and then I called back, and then they sent me over a quote that only included half of the projects.

They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!We called them multiple times and finally got someone to come out and do an estimate to finish out our already partially finished basement. Jay took lots of measurements and pics and said he would give us an estimate within a week, waited almost a month and NOTHING, after multiple calls and texts he came back out and did more pictures and measurements and said the same thing. We would have an estimate within a week. It's now been almost 5 weeks and still not a word, I've called and texted multiple times, they won't return any calls or texts anymore! We have been nothing but polite and respectful to them.Anyways before he left I asked for a ballpark and he said 50-60k minimal. Our basement already has drywall on all the walls, the ceilings are partially already done. We needed a wall taken down which he said was a load barring wall and it is not at all (we knew it wasn't). We finally found another company to do the job (for less than a 1/4 of what they said) and they are very responsive and quick to get an estimate. New Age is a JOKE and WAAAYYYYY OVERPRICED! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I contacted this company in late May, early April of this year to do a bathroom remodel. Once the estimate was given and a deposit was paid to order items for the project, I had to call to ask for a start date because one was not given. We were told initially it could be a week to complete, since they would not start the project until everything that was needed to do the project was available. Initially the Project Manager and his wife who was the office Manager were in charge of ensuring this would be a smooth process. Apparently management at the time had done such a horrible job that the owner had to fire them. This created another wrinkle in our project since they had to start from scratch as far as scheduling subcontractors to come out and complete different phrases of the job. We were told later on during the demolition portion that the job would now take 2-4 weeks. There were issues with the tiles that we requested and instead of the office manager informing us that the tiles we requested were coming from some place in Texas and were back ordered, I had to call her to find this information. This was another delay, I believe because they didn't have the personnel available to work on my project due to overbooking. I told the office manager that waiting on tiles that may not be delivered anytime soon since they couldn't find out if they were on a truck or not was unacceptable and that we should look at one of the local stores in town. We found the same tiles at The Home Depot and then they went there bought the tiles and had them ready for the tile installer. Now to the Vanity that we ordered, well it was sent to The Home Depot and New Age Flooring picked it up there. Apparently no one felt it was necessary to check the vanity for damages, so they just took it to there warehouse for storage until it was time for install. A few weeks later it was time for installation of the vanity, they brought it to my house and unpacked it in the driveway only to find out that the granite top was cracked in several places. I was told that New Age Flooring wasn't responsible for the damages. If it was damaged before they took possession of it from The Home Depot and someone had actually inspected it then, the issue could have been resolved and another vanity could have been ordered then. Because this didn't happen, more time was added onto the project because a new vanity was ordered directly from the manufacture and would be delivered to my address, according to the new Project Manager. I kept asking for an order number so that I could verify that the new vanity was coming because by now I had lost all confidence in them being upfront with me. I was never given an order number and the vanity was not delivered to my house as I was told would happen, but New Age brought it on a trailer from their warehouse, with no explanation as to why the change of delivery was made. Once the vanity was installed, and the plumbing connected, I noticed that there was water standing underneath both sinks, so I informed the Project Manager of this, which I shouldn't have had to act as the quality control agent for the company. The Plumber's helper said he kind of figured one of the sinks would leak because of how tight the line was and he may have to put a flex line to relieve some of the tension. Well if he knew it would leak, why didn't he fix it instead of leaving it alone? We paid to have the entire bathroom painted so in our minds that meant all walls. Well they put the vanity in without repairing the drywall that was damaged during demolition where the base boards were removed. I brought it to the Owners' attention, and he said he would handle it. I have no more character space so my review ends here, but there is more I could say. Until they get it together I would not recommend them to anyone. After all that we endured during this process, they actually charged us almost $800.00 more than the original quote. I cannot recommend them to anyone.Services: Paint in

NO SHOW!!! We made an appointment for an estimate and Jay was assigned to come out. He never showed up, they didnt answer the phone so I could ask where they were. I took a day off work to wait for them and do the estimate. So not only did they not show up for their own appointment, I lost one day of leave to sit at my house. I would not recommend them for anyone else that needs work done.

I had very high hopes of working with this company for my home renovation. They waited until a month after we signed our agreement to start work to tell me they were not able to move forward. They had me pick out flooring/ countertops etc but then stopped returning calls/ text message and Brandon never gave me a reason as to why. Meanwhile they flipped a house on my street and kept making excuses about why they could not set up a start date. I passed up two other companies because Brandon stood in my basement and assured me that they would be able to complete everything, doesn't help that Jessica gave me the same reassurance. Proceed with caution and dont get your hopes up that they will actually start work.

They put the floors in this year and it seemed like it was going great! They looked nice and they did the job (what I thought) well, with a few issues. I bought the "lifeproof, waterproof" flooring that is supposed to stand up to pretty much everything (I have kids and dogs, this is why I went with this one). Then about 6 months in, the floors got terrible, deep scratches from my couches (even though we had moved it thousands of times with no issues). There were also some places that separated. They came and told me that they would fix the separation pieces, no problem, and they did. However, they told me it would cost almost $1000 to fix the parts that were scratched... BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE INSTALLED THEM INCORRECTLY. All they could say was that he no longer works for them. So here I am, with scratched floors 6 months after having them put in with no recourse, unless I break my own bank over it after spending thousands on this floor. To add insult to injury, I referred some friends to them early on, when things were going well, and they purchased the same floors. Within even less time for them, the floors were buckling and had to be fixed. I now see another review with the same floor I bought,Timber Ridge, saying the exact same thing. I'm so bummed. Huge mistake. I will be telling the realtor who referred us and sharing on the military spouses page.Services: Floor fitting
