We picked our house paints here when we were building and i previously bought deck stain from this store and they were helpful.My last trip though, i was buying another batch of deck stain. Didnt really think about anything beyond brand and color. Greg stopped me in the parking lot before i left because id mentioned i was continuing my project. He pulled up my last order and caught that id purchased a slightly different varient of the stain, returned the stuff i'd already bought, and mixed me a new batch.Most sales people probably wouldnt have cared that much to run out and stop me. Thats customer service.”
