My pizza ended up being free tonight over a delivery issue. Couldn’t be happier hahhaa. Great pizza like usual, when I went to go call for support the lady was very helpful and went to go fix it asap. I can’t remember her name but shoutout to u, ur the goat. Will most definitely be returning.

Ordered in person for carry out. Cashier seemed unfamiliar with menu. After getting back to my hotel, discovered I had received wrong order even though they had my name. Didn't want to make another trip back so ate it anyway...definitely not what I would have ordered.

We ordered around midnight tonight and our food was fresh and delicious! The pizza was made to perfection (Stuffed Crust bbq chicken pineapple) and the cheese sticks were just as great. Thank you for keeping the better pizza better ingredients motto alive and even at the end of the night! Great job to MIC and Team!

This pizza was delivered fast and hot. The store manager here Leo always remembers me when I come in for my regular order. His employees are all very polite and and always get my order right.

This papa John’s has been my family’s main pizza place for years now. I’ve noticed in the past year or so that the quality has gone wayyy up! Always on time, warm, and delicious food.

Ok folks, I usually give the benefit of the doubt to fast food type restaurants but look at my pic. What...the f*ck....is that. That's an employee who doesn't care about his or her job, but worse off, it's the quality control leaving the store. If I wanted a bowl of topping, I would have asked for no crust. Over with caution!

Papa John’s call center is advertising a 10 pizza special for $60.00. 10 large one topping pizzas.When I call get transferred to the location to verify the order they advise they do not have it. Nor will they honor what they are advertising.False advertising and will not honor their advertising mistakes being offered at their own company.

I just ordered a medium cheese pizza. This is the first time I've ordered form THIS papa Johns. I do not recommend first off it took two times the amount of time they said it would take. Then when it got here it was not hot and the sticker that seals the box shut was not there. So it was like they forgot about my pizza on a counter and then remembered that's why it was cold. No seal on my pizza was a MAJOR red flag for me. With all of the fetenal poisoning going on in Clarksville right now. Major major trigger for me. And I get papa Johns all the time. I will never be buying from this papa Johns again.

Employees clean thier hands on thier cloths, not very sanitizing. They walk around tossing the dough around rather than stay in central location. Spend a good 5 min waiting for the manager to do his business on the computer, didn't acknowledge me at at all. When he was done he walked away and told employee to take care of me as he walked away. Employees eating and drinking infront of customers.. So basically teenagers servicing.. The pizza was subpar.. Probably won't come back for 6 months or more..

Highly disappointed with the delivery service on two separate instances they have delivered to the wrong address. I have also never checked the box to leave the pizza at the front door. Although somehow the leave it on a persons table.
