Horrible service. Sales person had me waiting 10 plus minutes trying to make a sale. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I needed a few items and was ready to cash out, unfortunately I had to leave since I was on a time limit. Should not be this difficult to buy 3 belly button rings.

I had a fantastic experience at Banter in Clarksville. Despite previous issues with earrings constantly falling out, Rebecca and April provided exceptional service, addressing my concerns with professionalism and courtesy. I do not recommend shopping here. Take your money to a higher end store. These chains are cheap to say the least, the employees aren’t really that knowledgeable about whats being sold and the worst is their return policy which I'm almost positive they created so poorly so people would be stuck with inferior products. 21 days for a check in the mail is a scam within itself! People pay with cash but somehow you have no cash? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Emily was amazing! My daughter was celebrating her 10th birthday and chose pierced ears as her gift and she was quite nervous but Emily made her feel totally relaxed. We will definitely be back for other piercings in the family!

We had a great experience here! Cassidy is an EXPERT, and had a lot of patience. I came here to get my almost 3 year old's ears pierced and my niece who was getting her second hole.Cody was also very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend getting ears pierced here.
