I recently had an accident with a deer. My insurance company recommended Pit Stop collision repair. Josh made sure my Armada was fixed on time and I was highly satisfied with the work done. My Armada looked like nothing ever happen. I highly recommend them. Ask for Josh and he will take care of everything.

Recently had my 2023 Rogue that was in an accident repaired at Pit Stop Auto center and I was highly satisfied with the repair estimates and body repair outcome. Josh also handled all the details with the insurance company. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Pitstop auto for all car repair needs and I will use them again if ever I have a need.

Let me tell you all about Pit Stop Auto Shop! On Fort Campbell Blvd. So, i wrecked my car, and they were the only place that did not have a 2 month wait to get my car in. They are one of 3 auto shops in the PROGRESSIVE network, in Clarksville. They took extra care with it, to make sure it was fixed correctly, even though there were some other things that made it difficult that were not accident related. When i came to pick it up, the owner, Josh, came out to great me and took time to go over everything they did AND even detailed my car! During that conversation, he let me know they also do day to day maintenance as well, so here I am back again for an oil change, and it’s only going to take an hour or so.

AMAZING !! We were hit by a tornado and they not only went above and beyond with the repairs of my vehicle but they completely repainted everything, ordered and supplemented with the insurance to ensure that everything was new and matched. GREAT people who go above and beyond for you and I had my vehicle back within 3 months and my vehicle had over 15k in damages. I refuse to go to anyone else for any auto repairs. We also have a lifetime warranty on ALL repairs for the time I have the vechicle. I am extremely grateful to this shop and the family who ownes it.

Josh & his team were professional and I received top tier service. I had no issues with getting updates and I was communicated with during the entire process. I appreciate Josh's attention to detail with my vehicles needs & I will return if I ever need services in the future. Loved my experience!My car was fixed here after an accident. I picked it up today and they washed my car! It looks amazing and they did quality work. Josh, the owner was nice and personable every time I called. He really knows the meaning of customer service. They also perform car maintenance jobs. Will definitely be back. This is the place to go for quality work by people you can trust.

A little pricey, but they are good at what they do. Came in for a transmission leak and they fixed it perfectly. Also came in for spark plugs and they magically fixed my power steering problem and I didn’t get charged for it.

So Josh and the crew down at PIT STOP AUTO saved me today. I've been needing a tune-up and had to get it done by today for an out of town trip tomorrow. In true Jennifer fashion I waited until the last minute, but Josh got it in and got it done in three hours so it'd be done today. They also include a 2yr warranty on the work. They fixed our daughters 2014 Golf and it looks absolutely amazing!! It literally looks like a brand new car!! If we ever need any body work done in the future we will definitely be returning to them!!
