10:35-10:45am 1-27-25 Run your cameras. I wanted to bring to your attention that I had an unfortunate experience with one your staff members at the counter. When i arrived, I wasn’t greeted, and I found the interaction to be quite unprofessional. The attitude i encountered was unexpected and left a negative impression. I believe it’s important for customer service to reflect well on your establishment, and i wanted to share this feedback in hope that it might be addressed.

They don't update their hours which causes people to try to utilize their business during commute hours only to find out that they aren't actually open. This can cause individuals to waste time because they were misled into believing that they are open and ready to accept customers.

Ths ws my "Go To" plc for "Ethanol Free" gas. Hv bn to it twice in the last month or more only to find tht they "Do Not" hv thsvtype of fuel. They hv some mechanical issue tht prevents them frm providing it. Is an on going situation so I recommend you go elsewhere for your "Ethanol Free" needs.

My go to store I literally go 3-4 times a day! The staff are all very friendlyand welcoming including the owner. Never had a bad experience here.

Cheap gas, all vapes under 20 staff always treat u like fam. All cultures are treated with love. Will always be my go to spot on dover
