I lost my debit card in a large store and found out I could shut down the use of that card immediately by using the Regions Bank app. What a relief!

The tellers were nice, one employee he walked around the bank with his nose so high in the air, if it rained he would've drowned. He didn't speak to me and the other customer in line kind of gave me a side eye like why are you in here. However, outside of him the other employees were nice. The branch is clean, and small on the inside.

I always have a good experience everytime I go into the Lowes branch the tellers are always friendly and willing to help me they always have a postive attitude I never have to wait long to get seen they get me in and out in a timely manner I would highly recommend the LOWES DRIVE BRANCH

Customer service is quintessentially lacking from the Lowes Drive branch of Regions.Went in to discuss a check hold, and I completely understand procedure, but what made this situation worse was that the branch manager (Scott) constantly interrupted me, whilst I was trying to explain the situation, and then as a final interruption raised his hand, open palm to me, and stated "Let me stop you right there".Please keep in mind that both of us kept our voices to a low tone, but the condescending tone was quite loud and clear.Perhaps it had something to do with the fact that I was wearing gym attire and a ball cap, and that I could pass for someone in their late 20s (I'm 44, and own 2 companies), or perhaps the rotten customer service culture of "mightier than thou" permeates throughout the organization, but this isn't the first time I've been spoken to in this manner.It's not the procedural process of holding a large check I'm upset about- it's the demeaning tone. Congrats Regions Bank; I am closing all my accounts I have with you, and opening accounts with F&M Bank. This will be the last time Regions will speak to me in this manner, even though the conversation volume never reached a loud level.Just wanted to share my experience with anyone who cares to listen. Business owners, in my humble opinion, stay away, and work with a local bank such as F&M. Relationships matter!!

Love regions bank and that they are located everywhere throughout Tennessee. Had to stop and deposit some cash and thankful to find an ATM here in Clarksville

My card information was used to make 2 purchases, one of which Regions sent me both a text and email alert, inquiring whether I made the transaction, I replied " No "..The transaction still went through and a subsequent transaction, same merchant, also went through.This left my account overdrawn.All Regions did was cancel my card and tell me they could do nothing till the conclusion of their fraud investigation, leaving me with no funds for 7-10 days.

Garbage service, they terminated my account because my job gave me a separate bonus deposit and they called it fraud. Worst bank in the entire planet

Rude and wouldn't pick up the phone when I called them, unhelpful and shoed me my partner and our infant away like we were some kind of pest. Never using this branch for anything again
